  1. Pretty sure i used to drive past that car on the way to work everyday... was parked just around the corner from where i was living. Glad im outta there now though sucks Best of luck with it
  2. Also, be careful taking the wheels apart and putting them back together yourself. The nuts etc actually need to be tightened to correct torque settings. I dunno how important this is, but i sure as hell wouldn't want a wheel failing because i didn't do up a nut tightly enough.
  3. Didnt get GT-C's hey? mine are 18x8 +24 and 18x9 +23 running 235s front and 265 rear. with pretty much dead flat camber on the rear. mine just squeeze in the guards at the rear so i'd say you'd never get 265 under yours. maybe 245's with a bit of camber and a roll of the guards I'd consider a spacer for the front. I always look at mine and think they need to sit out more (yours will sit in more than mine) Also if you find a place that can paint wheels for cheap let me know please I want to paint mine gold also. send me a msg though otherwise i'll probably forget about this thread haha nice wheel choice though. should look sweet once their on.
  4. I've got a carbon/fibreglass boot sitting here if anyone is interested?
  5. how much are you thinking for postage to brisbane 4006? would finish off the rest of my CES exhaust nicely
  6. Awesome shots man. Where abouts is that at? I need to get my camera out again. havent had time the last month or two to play around with it
  7. what springs are they? are these the sydney kid group buy shocks? they appear to have the grooves cut in them for height adjustment on the fronts... does the back have them aswell?
  8. Really? first person I've ever heard that from. If its not a daily they should be sweet. like I said.. they were great before they were destroyed by shitbox roads and lots of driving.
  9. I run these in my GTT. very stiff. bearable on the softest damping settings. they are pretty much completly rooted now and just bounce and skip around the place. Thats after about 20,000 - 30,000ish k's daily driving. Mind you, when i first got the car with them in it felt great. I would sway towards the bilstein/king spring setup if its a daily car - its what im looking at and ive heard nothing but good things.
  10. how hard is too hard? any idea on spring rates etc? or how far they have travelled?
  11. Hmm, I'll have to see if i get my suspension sorted before this so i can have a run. Been wanting to come to the last couple but couldnt due to work. Even if i dont run the car I'll come down with the camera and take some photos
  12. I would consider getting MV auto to do your shift kit and send it to you. then get another shop to put it in if you dont know how. I had an MV shift kit in my r33 and it shits all over the shift kit i got done locally here(brisbane) for my r34. I'm not saying that the place in melb will do a bad job. Just that Mike at MV knows what he is doing and you will know you're going to get the best quality (with a little more stuffing around) Just an idea from my experience Give Mike a call. He's always more than helpful.
  13. That's what she said! ( oh bam, 500 posts in style )
  14. what colour is the rear bumper? stock one or the nismo/altia one?

  17. would you send the front bar to brisbane? any pics of the scuff marks or damage? cheers
  18. would also like to know this, as im looking to do a smiliar package to the sydneykid bilstein/whiteline type deal
  19. Thanks guys. Car has been done for a while now. but he couldnt get the colour to match. He had to put black 'racing' stripes where you could see the blends. He then proceded to lose control and smash the other corner... then repaired that also. crazy fella
  20. Spotted 'dare ya' and 'wpn33' on beadesert rd tonight. was in the white R34 GTT That XR8 tried to race me about 3 times down that road. but I resisted because I was actually taking a lost dog to the rspca. I feel like a wonderful upstanding citizen returning dogs and not racing on public roads. I was kinda hoping he'd try the same thing with you guys. that 32 looks like a handful to control though haha
