  1. yeah should be fine for r32 and r33 gtst, probably not the r34s though
  2. +3 for Toshi does a great job. car was 1000x better after his remap
  3. thats where I found them Cheers though
  4. apparently the superpro bushes give more adjustment then the whiteline? sourced a set of kazamas for 265 posted. so i think i might get these. just dodgily checked my toe: right front - can fit my 3 middle fingers in easy between back of tyre and mudflap. left front - can only fit 2 and a half if that in between back of tyre and mudflap. so quite a difference
  5. thanks mate. Yeah i saw those kazama ones $255 from rhd apparently. does anyone stock them in Aus? superpro bushes are roughly $130ish i think so not a huge difference. what about stuff like the JJR items?
  6. so today had my hicas lock bar and wheel alignment done by ken at accurate suspension services here in brisbane. He has told me to get my car going straight i'll need some arms to adjust castor. (car is pulling to the left) He recommended i use some adjustable rose jointed arms as they will allow the most adjustment. I expressed my concern about running rose jointed stuff as ive read here many a time its no good for the street. (my car is a daily) He mentioned i could try the adjustable super pro bushes and they "might" just get me enough adjustment to get it right. I would like to know my options here. I'd rather use a rubber type mount if possible.. are rose joints that bad? Stay away from pillowball im guessing? What brands are best and where should i buy them? For example... could i use something like this? http://www.rhdjapan.com/ikeya-formula-stre...-350z-2wd-50338 i really dont want to spend 400 odd dollars on something like cusco or ikeya or whatever as its only a daily driven r34 gtt that will at most see the track once or twice a year. Ideas? Cheers
  7. Last night I had my ecu out of my r34 GTT to install the nistune daughterboard. while putting the ecu back in, I noticed that there was a relay hanging loose with no top cover (ie the relay was not there, just the connection plug) Does anyone know what the relays are for behind the ecu? once I get the car back from the suspension shop, I'll pull the ecu back out and take a photo to show what I mean. But for now does anyone know what it might control? apparently the fuel relay is behind there? obviously cant be that one though. Thanks
  8. will the toe arms fit r34? are they rose joint adjustable? or do they have adjustable bushes? if they'll fit r34 gtt and are adjustble bushes can i grab some pics? Cheers
  9. hmm seems i have this problem also. leaking between the big black round bit and the master cylinder (for lack of a more technical description haha) anyone know whether master cylinders are interchangeable between r33 and r34? (i have an r34 GTT) p.s. sorry for the hijack
  10. had this happen to me once. felt hot air coming through vents etc. watched the oil and water temps but nothing unusual. i thought something was f**ked. Turned out i'd bumped the air con control and set it to 30 something degrees so hot air was coming through the vents even though the air con control was off :S was quite weird
  11. woot for southside I'll have to come for another drive soonish
  12. nice work man. Might have to try something like this. i dunno if my patience will hold up though having to mess around with that many photos haha
  13. if they are tein take it to fulcrum if you have one handy. They are the aussie distributers for tein so might have the part you need. worth a shot
  14. havent got the best gear, only had a camera for about a month currently using canon 30d with 17-85mm is usm f4.5-5.6 canon lens mostly.
  15. Good eyes guys, i did that at 2am last night so i didnt even see it. nice big green lines down the sides of my buildings haha I did some other hdrs also that werent as crazy as that one was just trying different things to see what effects it made. Like i said ive only ever done 3 hdr images haha Thanks for the tip zennon. that one there was from 3 seperate exposures using aeb on my cam onsite. however i did manually change exposure on a couple of other single images and it seemed to work well. keep playing with it i guess, seems to be a fairly personalised thing. the girlfriend and i were disagreeing on what was better on a few last night.
  16. Went out today and took 500+ shots with the new camera. man i'm tired this is my 3rd effort at some HDR stuff, shot from kangaroo point over towards brisbane city got some more at dusk and night from the same spot but yet to touch them up etc maybe tomorrow. also have 11 billion shots from mt cootha botanic gardens Let me know what you guys think
  17. do you use photomatix pro for your HDR Slim? any tips on the settings used for those ones? just started getting into that Here's a few I shot down at southbank with the new 30d i picked up that day
  18. snaps with the new 17-85mm lens i got missed a couple of the noise spots in photoshop in the first one, and saving it to a lower quality jpeg f**ked with it a little First time ive ever attempted taking and/or editing these types of photos so throw me some tips if you have any
  19. i bought a stock r34 dump off here, took it to a guy who does exhausts (mainly for chasers) and hes getting flanges laser cut and custom making me a 3.5" dump all for under $300 should work a treat
  20. bringing this topic back up Found someone who's going to make me a dump pipe only. he's suggested 3.5" for standard turbo (r34 highflow soonish) is it worth the 3.5" or would that make it worse? pressure issues or something? rest of the system is 3" price is negligible between the 3" and the 3.5" options? couldnt find many people at all using a 3.5" dump so thought i'd ask
  21. Hello, I'm looking for a standard r34 gt-t dump pipe to purchase to have a new one made up from prefer pickup in brisbane, but if youve got one you'd like to post im ok with that also. Alternatively... If you have a 3" bellmouth style dump (dump only, no front pipe combos) i might be interested in that also. Cheers Steve 0422850698 [email protected]
  22. are you trying to use a power fc on an auto r34 gtt? if you are, thats most likely the reason you arent getting the right values. powerfc and auto wont work in an r34. do a search and you'll see its been covered before.
  23. i got an r34 gt-t 99 model for $15,000 jic coilovers rear camber arms full 3" exhuast apexi turbo timer Greddy profec b spec ii Volk GT-C's 105,000k's whats the catch you ask? nothing except its auto haha on that note, good luck getting a manual for that price. could always convert the auto later on
