  2. do u have the support system for such turbo eg...fmic,comp,exhaust,injectors etc...... what is the car mainly used for??? decide what is a realistic power figure u want to achieve?? both turbs on an rb25 will see between 300-350rwkw..... if u have the option of choosing from brand new off a catalogue i take it u have considered the wastegate + mainfold cause both turbos wont work on a standard manifold.....then ur looking at probably $5000 mark for a turbo kit......ive noticed ur 19 as well..so whatever ur doing for $$... i want in

  5. it seemed like a terrible night for all....with chris recording a 12.3 at 120mph pretty much taking the cake..... we were all hunting that elusive 11sec barrier....but thats what drag racing is all about i guess... 4 doors do weigh more but it seems to be able to do burnouts and have better 60fts :headspin: :headspin: on a more serious note i would like to commend everyone that rushed to get my car ready the night before the meet.... although my whole day was a mess..starting with butterflies and excitiment....to when i passed scruteneering and decided to put the BF radials on and find out they wouldn't clear my rear calipers :flamed: :flamed: ... moving on at about 9pm bu-five-ta and doughy were kind enough to lend me there nittos...this brought a bit of excitement back into the night.... on the one run i had i did a 12.5 at 113mph with 1.96 60ft... it was nice to get a solid pass under me belt...then i snuck around for another pass...while staging i faulted....that was the start of the end :headspin: :headspin: knowing the nittos were nice and warm...hahahhaha i dropped it well in the red zone.... :headspin: :headspin: my clutch felt the :flamed: :flamed: ... what a night!!!

  7. it really comes down to budget....power fc are excellent value if u manage to skip customs through the internet orders.....tuning wise there are probably three ppl in sydney that i would use to tune this ie. CRD (~$800) via laptop , Unigroup via handcontroller (~$450), Hitman via laptop ($300 flat rate) it comes down to what do u expect out of car or intend to do with it.....if u are going for more than 300rwkw than i would think long and hard bout the choice of comp as an understanding needs to established between u and the tuner....its always nice as the computer is only as good as the tuner i personally run a Haltech on my rb25 which runs as a plug-in and is done by JEM over at moorebank....adam there does also EMS, MICROTECH, TSI, MOTEC....HITMAN actually works there also from under the same roof so pretty much whatever computer ur running something can be done about it....however its only a RWD dyno hence GTR ownrs are at a disadvantage........

  9. rich running computer is a big statement to make ive seen many tuners a/f ratio for aftermarket computers....relative to mine i feel its not half bad :headspin: ive never seen a stoich 11.8 a/f reading on any car....if it reads 12.1 would that car be running a lean computer??? :Bang:
  10. id put my left teste on the line the figure is :bs!: :headspin: :headspin: :headspin: ....me injectors are on 80%duty and their 550cc....me friend made 210rwkw pUSSSHHING it with a fuel reg...and 300rwkw was on 90% duty with 550cc please explain ur figures...y bother upgrading injectors for $1000 when u can get a malpassi for $150 that does the same job :flamed: :headspin: :flamed:

  12. this kit came on my car from japan....they can do lots of things the a/f ratios are fairly conservative....ie.in the 11s....its best utilised as a kit as its been mapped for this kit....gains can be made though a simple intercept comp or power fc if required on a later date but $$$ :headspin: :headspin:

  14. i can offer u trust td06-20gH kit (manifold gate turbo(rebuilt with new seals and bearings)) intake pipe with 80mm air-flow meter + hks airfilter injectors remapped computer to suit greddy turbo to intercooler pipe all this runs on standard motor and is great value as a kit.....in this trim makes 275rwkw i ran a 12.2 in it with 245rwkw it is for sale for $5000

  21. will the rb25 cam gear fit onto the rb26 exhaust camshaft? i actually had the rb26 camshaft in the inlet by mistake with rb25 cam gear....is this why it wouldnt idle? or is it because the vvt was still hooked up? what are the duration and lift differences between the two? cheers!
