Hi Bought some strobes off (viet_boy) just wondering how I would go about installing these I cant find the firewall to put the lights through. can anyone show a picture identifying where the firewall is. Thanks

yeah ive decided to go with the "ebay" set A User who bought a set replied to my email regarding seeing a actual picture with them installed or a better picture for that matter. I was quite impressed, unfortunately it was only day time shot so i wonder how the lighting compares. (Dark/Bright) Here is the picture the user sent me.

haha isnt that the word (DRIF7N made up on NS?) anyways OT Have you ever thought of the consequences of using a phone while being pulled over? I think its possible if they catch you recording them they could charge you for driving while using a mobile phone or some sort of filming without consent crime. If the OP is explaining the occasion he had that day, rather then accuse the OP as "making up" the story. maybe we should give advice on what to do in those circumstances and treat it as if it did happen. I'm not saying that the story would be entirely true, but its not like something that has never occurred before... (that a cop had physically attacked someone)

+2 though if the officer went straight to the window to grab his neck I doubt (1337) would of thought to look at his badge after such a incident. was mostly like shocked by that situation.

Hi Ive searched around SAU for this sort of topic and had no luck and as you can notice if you try searching is 2 topics i made on this sort item. But I never got the end result... which was to get a hold of one of these kits Amec made them but need a Group buy. I found some users who had these kits already in their car and asked where they got them from. one user told me i could get them here. http://www.autojoy.com.au/main/vehicle/c_ns_sl.htm Which is exactly what I'm after except they didn't have anymore in stock. So if I want a kit through them they said I would be looking at $300 to get one custom made...... I'd consider purchasing it custom if i can not find the kit anywhere, as I really admire the looks. I don't want to purchase the ones on eBay as they look dodgy. so is there anywhere reputable that sells these same kits? I'm specifically after a kit that suits a Nissan Skyline R33 Series 2 Cheers to anyone that can point me into the right direction. figured out how to get the pop screws out. i also rung up Nissan Southport and they wanted $680 EACH!!! omg i thought just jap were pricey anyway now im just after a globe to replace current ones anyone have any recommendations.

bit of a mission but got front bar off and the headlight off... as suspected it was a blown globe. so where would everyone reccomend to go to get a replacement? would super cheap or autobahn be fine? also interested as to how to remove the black plastic mud flap things am i suppose to just hammer the pop screws ??

yeh my hi beam works still. atm still figuring out how to take off head light off as there is a tight squeeze to check

Hi my left headlight is playing up and bascially wont come on. its been doing this a for a lil while now and i usually give it a tap and all is good but last night it hasnt seem to come on at all. i looked at just jap to see about getting some nice brand new one's but was stunned to see they want $1200!!!!! atm im just going to take the head light off to check the wiring hasnt come loose or the bulb has blown. but assuming i got new headlights with the new bulbs... is there anywhere cheaper then just jap??

thats very true. not many gold coasters will want to travel all the way to willowbank just for a meet like the BWCP days... I do travel occasionally to QR to watch the drift practices but i wouldn't want to go regularly. But I have to agree we should try some of the places mentioned above and see how that goes. all in favour?

Hi had a little accident tonight with some other car and basically they have damaged my current one was seeing if anyone has a left side rear skirt like the one pictured below. must be white in colour and located on the gold coast

will Queensland Raceway Drifts still be fine for friday?

the rims look a bit small for the car. add some side skirts too so it blends with the front bumper. apart from that it looks fine.
