R32 GTST depending on year and mods... from about 13k upwards. As has been said insurance would be the first thing to investigate before you go buying one.

ur better off with a 32 anyway... specially if its ur first turbo/hi powered RWD car.

no unfortunately almost all Turbo Skylines apart from the R32 GTST are illegal for P platers.
