you have to do the plenum now!! looks awesome man! i dont know if i would have the patience... how long did it take for each bit??? i just painted my pipes and the rocker cover... want to polish the cam covers like u have and then the plenum.

btw the flash made it look like a much brighter/fluro yellow than it actually is... its darker than what it looks like in the pics.

i need to paint a few more things in the engine bay to make it look half decent.... also need some lead covers or something... Before: After: only one prob and i knew this would happen.... i went for a drive to maccas and it is loosing boost.... ive gone from 12psi to about 7 to 8psi... everything seems to be on ok... but obviously not. will have to check it out tomorow when there is light.

crap i think i used the wrong primer... it was right next to the paint and made by the same ppl so i assumed it would be heat resistant.... i guess once i fit it all and go for a spin later we will find out yellow looks ok with the silver on it.

hehe yeah it was engine bay paint... im not QUITE that dumb 550degrees or something.... 238 celcius... or something like that..... hopefully its enough... there was another one there that was 1500 but the colours were limited and the can just looked the dodgiest that ive ever seen

I got bored today as we were meant to go up to our uncles vineyard for a bit of a bbq and so forth.... didnt eventuate so.... i decided to paint some of the bits of my engine still a bit iffy about the colour but silver is a little boring... feusha isnt really me (looks good on urs tho K )... ben in sydney had done gold and white will be a shit to keep clean. so... will have to leave them to dry overnight according to the instructions on the can.... might just leave them til later tonight and see how it goes. hehe i couldnt be bothered doing one side at a time... including taking the bits off... scotchbriting them... priming... it took about 2 hours with the help of my GF will post up pics of what it looks like on the car when its done.

Im sure that all the guys on the SAU comittee will agree... we hope that everyone has a very safe and happy easter. yeah no FMIC isnt a prob with 12psi... im running that now... the ECU he swaps over also gets rid of all the limiters no more getting to 180 and having the fuel cut hehe well worth it... i might be selling my FMIC soon...

Dr_Drift Bleed Valve =$100app Not hard to install urself.... i mean i managed to do it Boost guage =$varies i used a cheaper Autometer one... does the job and reads accurately. Im running about 12psi at the moment on stock cooler... should run fine. Another ECU would be a good idea... Dr_Drifts one did me well... about $250 but not needed right away. what other mods u got?
