Hello everyone, I'm in need of a full set of R32 GTR suspenion. I refer unadjustable shocks, and dont particularly want them lowered. I'm not looking to buy junk, odd pairs(shocks and springs) or suspension that 'may' be ok. I'm also not interested in shocks which are 15 years old. Sorry about the demands, but the last set I found which was perfect ended up a disappointment. Kind Regards

Hey Scooby, Is it a set of 4 or just a pair? Did you know approx how much of a height drop you got, as anything more then 3 cm for me will drop my CAT too low >< Cheers

Hey all, I'm after some standard camber arms for the front, as mine are after market so they are kicking the camber out a bit too much for normal road use. Also after: Suspension (coilover or shocks) for my r32 GTR. Has to be height adjustable or fit standard GTR springs. Please provide photos. Hood holding up metal stick thingy... A/C sensors that worked before they were taken out. Location of A/C sensors in engine bay. Kind Regards Paul

Still interested in any offers. Dont really need springs, just struts. Coilovers are ok, but prefer struts. Would help if you supplied a picture and please dont offer me standard shocks, ive already got 3 sets and they are all rooted. Cheers!

Provided its small, direct jobs which require little instruction (attach front bar, paint car etc) Jerry does a good job, and if he stuffs up he will fix it for free. But do note that he doesnt do mechanical or electrical anymore. He will send your car to Fast and Furious automotive for anything mechanical and will get a 3rd party electrical to do anything electrical. But when it comes to bodykits, paint work, customising bodykits (he even makes some of his own) and anything external he is great.

It is fitted to a 1997 model honda, but problem is the SSQV where out then so these might even pre-date 1995...possible that someone put a HKS end mouth onto a different kind of BOV. It might have also been a recirculation valve preveously which maybe why this person put a different end onto it.

Interested in the Konis dampers if they dont get sold.

Depends on how old the car is, and the extent of modifications. If its older then 10 years and isnt defective you wont usually have to take it to dickson inspection station, buy if the current owner doesnt want to have it taken to dickson, could mean he has something to hide which will probably be picked up by any other mechanic doing the inspection. Best bet is to pay for a road worthy cert. before you buy it so if there is something wrong you can walk away rather then spend more money on getting it fixed/engineered.

The problem with road worthy inspections is that they can sometimes miss or not detect certain problems that a full mechanic inspection will discover. If the owner says they will get a road worthy certificate for you, tell then to send it to a specific place/business, eg. NRMA, so you dont get a dodgy WRC from one of the owners friends. Hello Prabir and welcome to SAU...and Australia for that matter. The procedure for buying a used car usually goes alot quicker if you have all the money on hand. Also know that just because it might look clean and detail on the outside and inside doesnt mean its in good condition. In most cases it would be best to pay for the car you are interested in to have a fuel check over. The best step on buying a used car is not to rush it, and its better to spend a little on mechanical reports then buying a car only to find you have to pay more money for repairs.

If he cannot find the notice of disposal slip that is usually on the back of when you renew your rego, a form with both your names and adresses, purchase price, purchase date, rego, vin etc... must be supplied and signed by both people. Unfortunatly from what rego.act is stating, unless you have the registration certificate you may lose the rego on the car and have to re-establish the registration. Is the car interstate or local. The owner should be able to goto a shopfront and get a re-print of the registration certificate which will make it alot easier on bother your halves. Also to transfer it into your name, you will have to do the usual which is get the car inspected and passed, and then pay the usual stamp duty on the sale. Look over the rego.act website, or even go in and speak to someone there, but best thing to do is to get the other guy to go in and get a reprint of his registration certificate.

Looking for a set of shocks and springs or coilover for an R32 GTR. Doesnt need the best as I will only need it to last a year or so till I can afford to put on a new set. Not looking for leaking or knocking suspension as it would be worse then my current ones. Pictures would be nice. Thanks.

Is it possible to have the locations of all the temp sensors. My Outside, Inside and intake sensor are reporting -21.6 whatever which means it isnt connected or is dead, but as most people have noticed the downloadable workshop manaul's pictures are too monochromatic to define exactly where they are. I know that the Inside sensor is below the ashtray and from what i remember it looks like a funnel, or is this an airhose for a gremlim inside the dash of my car... Widebody180: Apparently the majority of motor faults is broken solder points inside the motor box. I saw a tutoral on how to fix it, and you to go through where your sterio and A/C controls are to get to it without removing the entire dash. Cheers! Paul

Hello, Does anyone know the best place to get wheels de-buckled or atleast someone who can tell if someone in sydney can repair them? If that is a no, then does anyone have a decent set of 18s for a R32 GTR...as 2 of my wheels are buckled and the stock wheels dont really match the car. Looking for someone silver(aluminium) in colour but not chrome. Black will also work. Cheers! Paul
