  1. You would think that HPI would update its online records before they publish them in the mag ... http://www.hpi.com.au/drag_records.php Looks like 10's will be required for almost all turbo categories soon
  2. For some reason, you took off everytime I went over to see you! I didn't think my head was as bad as yours LOL. How many runs did you have?
  3. Sure was a great day. I hope to be racing at the next one. I have started a thread for the drag day to post times and pics: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=82430
  4. Would like to congratulate all who attended today and to the SAU NSW organisers for putting on a great day. Was nice to put some faces to the names of a few people. There were quite a few PB's run today, the most notable being Paul's 10.3@133 in TWO.06L and Stacey's PB of 11.9. 2RISMO also ran a PB of 11.6 and Brad ran a PB of 11.2 in the 200SX. Congratulations. Post up your times and pics I have some pics and videos that I will upload tomorrow. Charlie.
  5. Already there, Brad Although, to be honest, I am sure that the rotors will have the quicker cars.
  6. I have always liked the idea of a strengthened gts4 or Stagea box, but the have been told that they won't handle a drag application. Since my car isn't ready yet I haven't needed to look further into this option. Thanks for the tip, SK, will give MV a call when its time. How could I forget the PPG gearsets? What is your feedback on them?
  7. Tell me about it! Surely there must be an answer other than the 15K + Holingers, HKS and Trust boxes?
  8. I have had one of these batteries for a while now also and I have no complaints about them. I recently refitted the battery into my car after having it sitting around for 3 months and it fired up the car no problems. Thanks again, Jerry
  9. The VL had a set of brand new tyres and the driver wasn't going to stop until either the engine or the tyres blew. The Nissan engine did well. Definitely the longest burnout I have ever seen. It was done in memory of his younger brother who passed away at 16 last month.
  10. Excellent, Paul. All the best for that 10! Mark and Richard, Lets leave the zubs where they belong. I will be the tall, dark and ugly guy in the red Ferrari F1 cap fiddling with a couple of Konica cameras
  11. There were quite a few R32's out at the Wizard last night. A gunmetal grey GTR ran 11.8's. Congrats on your time R32 ZILLA.
  12. Are external food runs allowed?
  13. what about visually?
  14. How does one tell the differrence between a genuine and a non-genuine?
  15. There is a silver R34 front RS260 at Envy Imports in Brookvale (Sydney) for $45K: www.envyimports.com.au
  16. does that include new rear moulds?
  17. And so are there dyno measurements. I would take about 15-20% of any US HP figures. And once again, ITS are a respected turbo company.
  18. I agree. I have recently come back from a trip o/s and in one of the countries there are virtually no road rules. The serious crashes, injuries and deaths that occur (per capita) are a fraction of what Australia's are.
  19. ITS is a very well-known (in USA) turbo company. There are one or two big name workshops in Aus that are now using these turbos. Innovative Turbo Solutionss also fabricate exhaust manifolds, wastegates, intakes and other turbo components. There is also an ITS (Australia).
  20. And there is also Mr Enforcer's Nissan 200SX...with 20B rotary power There should be quite a few quick cars out so the day will be interesting.
  21. Can always call it "SAU Nationals"
  22. That's not so bad. EVO 7's can be imported and registered for 40K these days.
  23. It shouldnt take that long, silver
