  2. yes, I know the car. It couldn't do any full lock turns due to clearance issues.
  3. How good are you at haggling? Dfinitely my favourite coloured GTR. Pity the R32's didn't come like that.
  4. Just wondering if anyone has fitted 20" wheels on their Skyline (or know anyone who has). What is the widest wheel and tyre size that can fit under the guards? Also, what was the offset? Many thanks, Charlie.
  5. Any have any idea how much it would cost to ship a set of wheels from Japan to Australia? Anyone done it before? TIA. Charlie.
  6. Wheels look nice. Can you tell me how much clearance you had to the struts both front and back as +12 is also standard offset for both BBS and Ray's 18 x 10 wheels for the GTR.
  7. Did you find an answer to this question? I am looking at fitting a set of either 18 or 19 x 10"rims on an R32 GTR.
  8. I am thinking of selling my 16 x 7 and 8" Simmons V4 to upgrade. They have a 114.3 x 4 stud pattern with a +42? offset. They are blue/grey in colour and are in very good condition. $1,000 with 80% 205 and 245 Falken tyres. In Sydney. 041 44 55 444.
  9. $%$*#@#^*&(# me dead.
  10. My friend had his R32 GTR insured via a group that was underwritten by Heath Lambert. He was the same age and with 60% NCB, and had it insured for agreed value. He had 2 claims with them and said that they were excellent. I will get you the contact details and more info.
  11. When will you be hitting the new strip? There will be quite a few decent HP GTR's this year
  12. Dyno's can produce any numbers they like. I guess we shall all see when the car hits the track, when the most important numbers count (unless your into dyno queens ). I'd love to be there to see it run. I also think that something is odd here as these power figures are 2835 territory.
  13. With a decent take off and strong clutch, I don't see why an 11 isn't possible. Just how deep into the 11's will depend on the box holding up. Is that a T78 or T88?
  14. Photos added to my first post. All I can say is...Steeeeeep! Go the 32 'R's
  15. Email it to me and I will attach it for you mate: charlies@mpx.com.au
  16. Here is the dyno graph: Engine bay:
  17. Close, but the ones on the 180 have 9 sets of twin spokes, the BBS's have 10 and the pic you posted has 8.
  18. Why did you choose to use the TD05-18G? That would be your power limiter in this case as I think the turbo is not able to flow more than 360-380HP @ 17-20psi. How much power do you wish to make?
  19. Definitely a copy of the BBS rims. The BBS have 10 twin spokes, whereas these have 9. Both are split:
  20. Any pics to back that up, Kidd? They look like BBS's to me.
  21. By the way, that Purple N1 is for sale now for 2.8 mil yen (about 3 Mil FOB), down from the 3.5 mil it ws back in August. For some reason, the Prestige Motorsport site likes to put alot of apparently sold vehicles in its "Recently Sold Vehicles" section even though the vehicles aren't sold. This car is one example.
  22. A friend's workshop just became a retailer for them. No name change that the rep is aware of.
  23. Close. I think the ones on the 180 look better.
  24. Anyone know what wheels these are?
  25. I'd prefer this one: 850ps 9.5 1/4 mile 'sleeper'. EDIT: And it's for sale
