  3. Yes it's an ECU talk cable. Can be used with the free ECU talk software or you can pay for Nissan Data Scan.
  4. For sale, 1 consult cable from PLMS developments: http://www.plmsdevel...onsult_if.shtml This is a 1 piece cable, a couple of years old but only used a few times. $60, will ship. Can take photos if requested. Compatible with SR20 - RB25 (1990 - 2001 roughly)
  5. The brand is Comtec. They do make both alarms and radar detectors. The car already has a turbo timer so it can't be that. Just trying to get confirmation, I don't think the car came with any other keys or remotes.
  6. Yes possibly but I can't find anything else online that looks the same.
  7. Hi all. I had a look at my car which is sitting waiting for compliance plates and found this device. Does anyone know what it might be?
  8. If you're looking in their dealer car listings it doesn't include compliance, but read the costs area on the right hand side and it states what is included. The cars listed in their 'featured cars' section do include an estimated compliance cost.
  9. 2000 GT-V R34 Skyline (series 2) White N/A coupe 120,500KM's GT-V model extras include some GT-T series features: - Upgraded brakes - 17" GT-T Rims - GT-T Suspension This is a late model Series 2 with the colour coded steering wheel and shift knob, updated electric mirror button, front bar etc. Standard features: - RB25DE engine (147KW) - Viscous LSD - Electric windows - Electric mirrors - Electric fold in mirrors - Climate control - Tiptronic with gear up/down buttons on the steering wheel too - Dual / SRS air bags - ABS - Manual seat adjustment including height - Steering wheel height adjustment - Factory UV / privacy glass on rear windows (tinted front windows) I imported the car in Jan 2007 through iron chef imports. It was auction grade 4b with 63,000 KM's. There is some wear on the top of the steering wheel. There is more noticable wear on the gear knob which has peeled a bit. Other than that, seats, original floor mats and the car in general is in fantastic condition. The car is 100% stock aside from the a JVC DVD/CD/MP3 player (still have the original Nissan CD player head unit). The car is located in Sunbury Victoria 3429. Can provide more pics if required. Asking $12,500 http://users.tpg.com...ce/IMAG0111.jpg http://users.tpg.com...ce/IMAG0112.jpg http://users.tpg.com...ce/IMAG0113.jpg http://users.tpg.com...ce/IMAG0114.jpg Link to carsales

  11. It's been a while but I'm selling this again (bump). The car now has travelled 96,000 KM's. It has had the 100,000KM service at 95,000KM. All fluids changed, timing belts changed. The car is in fantastic condition visually and mechanically. RWC is ready and car is ready to go. Asking $14,800 with 12 months registration. Also the car can be looked at in Brighton or St Kilda during the week.
  12. I'm selling my 2 door GTV auto, struggling to get 14k.
  13. Yes it is an automatic which you can set in tiptronic mode. Gear changes can be selected from the shift lever or from the buttons on the steering wheel.
  14. More serious about selling this now, price dropped to $14,800. Recently serviced, mileage now at 80,000 KMs.
  15. Stateroads inspections are well worth the money.
  16. It sounded like she was able to drive it back to Bendigo but had to drop it off at the impound there. I prefer the NZ motorway patrol but I guess this could improve in future episodes.
  17. If you re-read my previous 2 posts you will see who I quoted as using the word 'considerably', and the fact I never made it out to be you. Your R32 GTS-T times are a bit relaxed there, sub 7sec 0-100 and sub 15sec 1/4 mile should be more accurate for a stock machine (even auto do sub 7s 0-100). But back to the original question, why a non-turbo Skyline? - Looks just as cool. People don't generally buy cars they dislike the look of. - More fuel efficient* (not always) - Cheaper to purchase - Cheaper to service - Potentially cheaper to insure - Better for provisional / probationary drivers to learn on* (my opinion having owned turbo and non turbo cars on my P's) I guess some people are dissapointed when they see a good looking Skyline and then find out they're N/A or not as quick as they look.
