It was a good night and approx 25 cars met up at homebush, good organisation and an intereseting cruz, hats off goes to Team Northside for this one! left homebush, then headed towards Terry Hills BK, then to that Pizza place where we had some good entertainment(lol) and pizza, then Palm Beach. Here are about 10 pics of the night!

a really good read, thanks for sharing, not much people these days on the street want to tell you what mods they'v done. i beleive another GTR you should look out for is Dominic's 850hp R32 GTR, its the yellow Autostyle one, its best time so far is a 10.3 i think but that was with 16psi, 600hp, no weight reduction, street tyres. He is after 9's i beleive.

Ethen_R32: preety nice ride mate, but i question on whether it is a 1994, check the chazzy number, i dont think nissan made r32 GTR's in 1994, the auction sheet might say 1994, but that is most probably when it was first registered, like 35% of the cars that say they are 97 or 96 but they are actually first registered on those dates but complianced in japan the year before, correct me if im wrong. to get 250rwkw on a gtr isnt to much of a hassle, and on that sort of power your looking at a high 11 with a good launch and descent tyres(preferably slicks). my mate with his R34 GTR dyno'd his car at 240kw@wheels at croyden autosports, he has: 1- 3" turbo back HKS exhaust 2- two Blitz air filters 3- two 80mm Z32 air flow meters 4-Blitz electronic boost controller set at 1.2 bar (17.5 psi) 5- Apexi power Fc computer 6- HKS cam gears 7- OS Giken triple plate clutch your standard clutch should last a little, depending on how you treat it, but a descent 3000 pound single plate or twin plate will do the job. make sure you get an aftermarket ecu, apexi would be a good choice, if you want to reach that sort of power and get it detonation free then you need an aftermarket ecu. the fuel pump doesnt need changing, but it will be about 95% duty cycle, and with a car that is 10 years old, i would invest with a bigger one just incase.(with 250rwkw, the standard fuel pump wont handle it, 240,should be ok, dyno it and see) correct me if im wrong guys. p.s- 5 litre v8's do 13.9-14.2 standard, a standard GTR will cream them, let alone one with over 400hp!

i am very interested, as long as the course is designed more for drift, being in the wet sounds good too so it means i dont have to change tyres,lol. how bout more on a saturday? just a suggestion com'on guys, let those skylines wag there tales a bit!

Drivebai: the parts that get stolen from the warfs from cars usually happens,as all the cars are open, my car from japan came with a full Alpine navigation system, and double din stereo with sony speakers, all that was left of that was the actuall dvd alpine computer (because it was bolted under the seat) and antenna on the back window, my bloody alpine tv was stolen, remote, head unit and sony speakers were all stolen from some stupid ass low lifes at the warfs here in Oz. you cant do much about these things, just hope that the car comes in oz in the way it left from japan.

Leewah, i have just confirmed with the owner that it is a pull type clutch, it also comes with the flywheel.

i think i know the guy that owns the yellow R34 GTR you fellas are actually talkn about, i havnt seen his car in a while but he lives in the parramatta area and usually comes in to the place where i work to get his cars complianced. he also has custom plates but not sure what they were, he is a family man, an import broker, he also has another white R34 GTR v-spec 2 on the way which we have to comply soon. im sure thats the guy who you guys are talkn about cause i dought there are many yellow R34 GTR's around fairfield.cause he usually drives through there to get to Sydney Compliance Centre(Jappsport). good bloke. ps- and no guys, this guy isnt a drug dealer.

fatz: yeah i know what you mean, id hate to see any gtr blow up. brendanf: there were quite a few of us that got defected, dexter for the filters and guages(very lucky), and mostly ever1 that had an aftermarket filter or bov. a few got towed, like a 2001 model rex that had no rego. but the cop that was defecting ever1 was heaps leniant and didnt care too much about sending cars to the e.p.a or giving out canaries. oh well.

fatz: dexter's gtr is running 500hp, its a 10 second gtr, that smoke that you saw wasnt the blueish smoke that you should worry about anyway, even if it was you cant expect to double a cars power output and have the stock internals still be in mint condition. ps- the car is tuned, using a power fc. cheers Filip
