  1. im in sydney so cant help on locations... but i blew my clutch on monday, im looking at either an os giken or might call Jim Berry. i think he's up in qld. theres a couple of threads on his mad clutches, just search around. as for your flywheel, you might need to get your existing one machined anyway, if you blew your clutch badly enough you might have torn chunks and put scratches into it. money wise - maybe around $300 for just a replacement nissan stocker up to around 2 grand for a crazy circuit/drag application. theres a mariad of clutches in between, up to you to decide how much you wanna spend opposed to what quality you want.
  2. i just bought ones that had the craziest colours. work perfectly lol.
  3. thanks guys! i ended up just cleaning the mag plug. theres was so much crap on it i was a little shocked. oil was nasty too, but the change in new oil made the gearbox feel awesome, its almost as if i've done a complete overhaul. lucky!
  4. So im gonna change my gearbox oil, ive read all the previous threads about what oil and how to do it...but not much is mentioned about flushing the gearbox out. i know ive crunched a few gears here and there so its pretty safe to say im gonna find a fair few shards of teeth once i drain the oil. so.... should i flush out my gearbox? if so, should i just use water/detergent/oil/spit/anything that cleans out gearboxes for people that crunch gear changes when driving ????
  5. count me in! sounds like crazy fun!
  6. as far as foam and stuff in sound killing, i just got a cheapo roll of foam, i was just gonna get that black tar type stuff to stick it down. how effective is it using budget crap foam as opposed to the ultra expensive foam. will it really make a difference?
