I think Fabs32 has pretty much got the message now about the best way to go in relation to his original question, so back to my problem Having a true PSS9 kit with 400lbs (7kg) Fronts & 455lbs (8kg) Rears........I'm thinking of changing the rears to approx 5 or 6 kgs.....any ideas? SK wants $225 pair springs with a very long wait..........I'm sure I could get something quicker and maybe cheaper from somwhere to suit the Bilstein setup.

ok, well that makes more sense then.......so in actual fact you answered your own original question about my price of $2200.........my springs are stamped "Bilstein" but probably came out of the Eibach factory in Europe as well. So I'm assuming your first springs were Whiteline or similar? EDIT: Bilsteins are twice the price of the Jap stuff.........and twice the shock, lol

do a search on what "truth in sentencing" is all about. Ask any cop about the frustrations of finding a crook, risking his life in some cases to capture him, then get him to court where a Supreme or High Court Justice gives him a little slap with a fraction of a precedent sentence which he'll serve less than half the time..........all in the name of rehabilitation.

Steve, you could even go softer since your car is 90% street use. Probably even 6 or 7 Front & 5 or 6 Rear...............wouldn't go any softer just in case you wanted to do track work. Been speaking alot to SK, his son Matt and Poly Air Springs in NSW lately.......they are all experts when it comes to spring rates and all agree with the above info as long as you stiffen up the sway bars. Japs, according to Matt, tend to favour the very hard coilover and don't worry about their sway bars. He says it may have something to do with their very narrow carports, garages & driveways, lol

No flaming from me....you know my thoughts on the R35......great technology jammed into an overweight 300ZX. I'd love an R8.........shame they're twice the price though.
