  1. From the little that I know, you'd be mad to leave your job Damo unless someone was offering something alot better.
  2. I used to sell you Alfa bits back in the day when Pete Hall used to work next door to me for Leon Will & Moff of Super Roo Spares at 964 South Rd, Edwardstown.......I even remember their 6 digit phone number, lol. Reliance Motor Spares & Adelaide Engine Service ring any bells??
  3. hmm, that's bad news Kahli...........don't suppose your brothers managed to catch one or as Cubes said, get a number plate? The damage on your car stinks but could've been worse I suppose.
  4. hahaha, lol..........how's that VB going Andrew

Hey Hugh, is that price of $1438.90 for a set of Bilsteins from Sydney Kid, because he quoted me between $2200 & $2500 for a set for a GTR. Also if you check alot of the feedback on his Group Buy, some folk have been waiting for months and are still waiting.....some have even threatened him with legal action because they paid weeks ago and have sent him countless messages with no reply, he's finally put a message on the threads but still can't give an indication of when exactly.............it's all still there check it out. I chose to source them myself in the end and I thought $2200 was very cheap.

My TEIN HA's are brilliant on a flat surface and stick better than glue when cornering. Problem I have with very stiff suspension is that a slight bump will get your wheels off the ground then goodbye traction. My preferred setup is to soften the suspension up a tad and focus on better sway bars.......I've got 30mm ARC on the front & 28mm ARC on the rear so I can afford to go under 8kg spring rate. EDIT: and the reason I really like the Bilsteins is if you compare their German made valve bodies to Jap stuff, it's about double the size with good damping both on the up and down.
  7. don't do that Flick.....I can just see Steve having 1 too many Cokes and spilling one over your shiny new laptop

here, try this: Heasmans have them on special for 33 & 34 GTR's at the moment for $2200....cheapest I've ever seen. They may have some for a 32 as well. I have a set of TEIN HA's For Sale cheap but I don't think they'll fit yours.

Bilstein approx $2500 is the cheapest I've seen..........and that's only shocks & springs, you have to use the top hats and rubbers from your stock coilovers. I've heard they can retail for anything up to $4000

  13. like I said to you Sat night Luke, I might be interested as well once the $AU improves a smidge..........you could get a nice Group Buy happening I reckon.
  14. don't forget Pete Hall Guy (the other half of Willall) who along with Martin, were my customers back when you were in nappies
  15. good find Sam.....I'm guessing that was Pete Hall in blue jeans and on his knees, haha
  16. 12psi is OK Dan.....double from standard and probably as far as you'd want to go on standard turbos
  17. hmmm, not like we didn't tell ya Danny Boy
  18. yeah the Wingfield R32 GTR has left a lasting impression with me since its debut in Bathurst.......and it still impresses me today
  19. I think if you do your homework you'll find that he doesn't own that car but Mr Wilson (who's not short of a quid) does. His reply stood out to me and it clearly upset Dohmar (I don't think he wanted an hour of his day) so all I'm saying is he probably didn't handle his reply too well........I know, take a teaspoon of cement, blah, blah. Mate if you want to know busy, step in my shoes for a day!
  20. ok, I'm gonna upset a few people here, but I'm actually well and truly over the R35 already and I haven't even seen it in the flesh yet. I'm sure if I drove one I'd feel different, but to me, it looks like an overweight 300ZX and the more I look at it, the tougher the R34's look.......and it's not even a Skyline anymore! I love the instrumentation and the technology that's gone into it though. Flame away.........I've got broad shoulders! PS: 'Blow you off' style responses like the one below to one of our regulars on here, doesn't help the promotion of the product or their business!
  21. Congrats mate......might have to use the same wedding cars as last time
  22. cheap backyard implants (while you wait) then walk the streets in a low cut top & mini skirt............don't forget to wax!!! EDIT: ..............or do a Kramer from Seinfelds and burn youself with Macca's coffee then use his lawyer and sue them!
