  4. didnt notice this what sizes did you end up with?
  5. wow, that sounds costly.... its definitely the guard. theres lots of rubber i dont think its hitting the rear bar tho.... just the front side of the guard
  6. no scraping or thudding with two in the car. any more and it scrapes like buggery. im in trouble already for this. haha got to roll the rear fenders or go back to standard springs. chef - what did the do with the rear bar where it meets the fender on yours?
  7. yeh it has turned out pretty nice. and still have good clearance wherever i go. no scraping or thudding. its been a long time since i havent just put coilovers in. springs are easy.
  8. yes, ill be driving it at christmas time when im back
  9. sold pending payment
  10. got the springs in. not slammed but its noticable. rears were a real prick to compress, wish i had an angle grinder.....
  11. hey guys i only wanted one set of these but ended up with two. this set is for sale they suit s14/s15/r33/r34/wgc34/r33 and r34 gtrs and **probably s13** not quite sure these are genuine cusco and will come in the genuine cusco box. they are chunky as all hell price is $275 delivered via EMS. im a little bit negotiable  and can do a better price for slower air mail maybe. i have them in japan with me at the moment or if your wiling to wait till chrissy there is a chance i may be able to bring them back in a suitcase actual arms
  12. for anyone that has a cube. i just got a recall in the mail from nissan yesterday. its something to do with one of the fuses/relays in the engine bay. ill have a read later and scan it and put it up. then you guys can get yours all sorted.
  13. all tyres are cheap here. if you pay more than about 5000-6000yen new for anything for skids here your going to the wrong shop. the last ss595's i got were about 5000yen each in 215/45/17
  14. thats great . have you got a photo of them in a car yet? be good to see how they sit. my car doesnt have the side skirts. im going to have to get me some. they look so much better with them
  15. the tea was probably mugicha if it was brown. its barley tea. kind of reminds you of a bug smell. if you dont smell it you can drink it easily. shopping area is Namba and shinsaibashi. the americanised place is actually called amemura which means american village...
  16. thats pretty good. they retail for about 18000 dont they? what drop are they? the 10800 ones give a 40mm drop. rsr are normally 25mm?
  17. they were second hand tho the cheapest new ones are about 10800yen.
  18. so i got the approval the other week and the car is currently at the dock in japan and will get on a boat on thursday or friday.
  19. i got lowered espelir springs for mine for $50 delivered today better than standard height
  20. only problem with himeji castle is its closed for renovation for about 2 years..... like loach said, theres lots in osaka and kyoto alone. could easy do 5 full on days of sightseeing between the 2. then add nara for another day. iv done the trip from osaka to nagoya on normal trains before and it wasnt to bad. you only change 2 or 3 times
  21. teins were definitely cheaper last night. low 7x000yen. cant remember exactly. not through yahoo tho. have never used tanabe before.....
  22. teins will be a bit cheaper than the cusco's. also, tanabe currently has a promotion on their line up so id say the bottom level would probably come down to the same as the cusco's if your lucky
  23. car far off now? you can easy fit some 25mm spacers on there once the fenders are on... i went 7j +28 on mine
  24. could someone help me find a part number please? if possible i ll pm the info cause its not so normal thanks
