    I continually see cyclists coming up this hill on a Sat. The sign at the bottom says, "Do Not Enter" And it's "One Way" from the top > down. They'll get collected one day, and it won't be pretty! Furthermore there is no speed limit on this stretch; no properties, no light posts, 2.5 Km outside of the city limits.
