The power FC being locked isnt the reason for your problems I would be talking to the tuner that locked it and sorting the tune out asap.

I would buy either a new or second hand genuine Bride rail if you can so you can bolt the seat straight in and avoid butchering your existing rails. Makes life much easier.

Dont bother buying second hand, usually more trouble than they are worth. ACL are good value, CP are also an excellent piston.
