Sorry, but no. Are Japanese manufactured exhaust systems designed to comply with ADR's and DB/EPA requirements? No. Sure, some Jap systems ie the Fujitsubo and Trust PE II are quieter than others, but virtually ANY off the shelf 3 inch exhaust system will increase your exhaust DB to a level that exceeds the EPA limit.
