  3. Must be skyline day today. Spotted NUR-66R - Bayside blue R34 GTR with gorgeous Nismo LMGT4 rims in Newtown around midday, GTR-25R - Black R32 GTR in Chatswood and Jimbo crusing past Autobarn in Chatswood
  4. Welcome
  5. Guys PSR can supply them immediately, I think its just the special group buy offer than closes on the 20th.
  6. Ok, the verdict is in. I picked the car up from Grey Imports this afternoon with the new Nismo clutch fitted and what a difference! A few things that were immediately noticable: 1. No whine/rattle when the clutch is disengaged - you would think it was stock 2. Very light pedal - I cant see any need for upgrading to the larger operating cylinder I drove the car through the city in peak hour traffic and it was completely effortless. I would go as far as to say it was easier to drive than the 6 finger heavy duty clutch I previously had. The clutch has a nice bite but isnt aggressive on the road at all. Bottom line, from what I have experienced thus far, I am extremely happy with the Nismo twin plate
  7. Did someone mention a group buy? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...963#post1388963
  8. Ronin, the G-max is what I was originally after, this is the replacement and rated to 640PS

  11. Its supposed to help improve driveability and is designed for use with the Nismo multiplate clutch series. Its an option, though it remains to be seen wether its actually needed.

Its simple, rather like converting a Suzuki Cino to V8 AWD.
  13. Boing, call Nathan at Grey Imports in Annandale on 95195150 He has complied 2 cars for me under the 15 year rule and does an excellent job. He specialises in 15 year old imports and one of the cars he complied for me was actually an MR2 The pricing between most Sydney workshops is similar.
  14. Sounds like an adventure, Richard Mark and Pete in the pub, lookout ladies.

  16. Kinell, due to a few issues with availability in Japan the clutch took a while to arrive but here it is. I went for the brand new Nismo Super Coppermix twin plate kit, with lightened flywheel. The Nismo clutch was recommended to me by various people a a nice compromise between strength and drivability - I wanted a clutch that can take a hammering but wouldnt be a pain on the street so the super coppermix fitted the bill, and if it still proves to be rather heavy for street use, the Nismo larger clutch operating cylinder is also available for further improve the feel Its being fitted as I type this, so i will provide more information on its drivability once I have taken it for a test run.
  17. Dave, seriously stop bumping daily - its getting annoying now
  18. Pro Speed Racing has the Blitz NUR Spec R for R32 GTS-T ($990) and the Trust Power Extreme II for $869 - might be worth a look
  19. Glenn, most intercoolers that are available at the moment wont have a problem with that sort of power. I think the bottom line here is what do you want to spend? For hybrid style kits, Just Jap has R33 GTS-T kits for $999, or for Japanese kits, Pro-speed is still offering Trust kits for $1199 I cant say I have heard of Performance Manufacturing though
