  1. B-Man, thats exactly right, the N1's have gone up a little as well and they were the cheaper option compared to the japanese brands. I wont be forking out 1-1.5k for an oil pump so I think I will stick with the N1
  2. Actually smart ass, yes I did, but when another person called to confirm the price, they apparently admitted its most likely wrong.
  3. Which is why any good panel shop would do a test to check the colour is correct before spraying the car
  4. SK: I didnt actually go off the tomei web price as I noticed they listed the sump baffle price again underneath. In the new speed magazine there is a 1 page ad for Access performance showing the Tomei pumps for a steal! $390ish from memory. Thus my enquiry, though it looks to be a stuff up as I suspected.
  5. Dragster: I have verified the price with the distributor in Melbourne
  6. Hi all, I am currently looking for a upgrade oil pump for my GTR and due to the cost of the japanese made options such as the HKS and JUN units, I was going to settle for an N1 pump, that is until I see that Tomei also makes an upgraded pump but at a fraction of the price of the HKS or JUN pumps. Does anyone have any experience with these? More information available below: http://www.tomei-p.co.jp/_2003web-catalogu...RB_oillube.html
  7. Thats ok, lets leave it as an example of what engine should have been fitted to the 300zx from day one. Ps: Hi John :wavey:

  9. Jeff, can you supply 18 x 9.5 all round?
  10. Step 1: Change your gearbox oil, replacing it with Redline shockproof. You may well find this solves your problem.
  11. Enough of the chat thanks guys
  12. abflug: I guess thats your car in the latest HPI edition?

  16. Thats not nessesarily true Adam
  17. This isnt a personal attack against you MR R33, but saying you have a clean history is all good and well, but if you are only 18 years of age then you have very limited driving experience. I think its more about ability and experience - which when you are 18 and on your provisional license is severely lacking.
  18. The reason the accident attracted so much attention on this forum was because, quite obviously it was not only a skyline involved, but many of us know/have met the cars owner and the driver that lost his life, leaving most saddened and shocked and what happened. You have a seriously warped attitude to think that people only give two hoots about the car - who the hell cares? Its only a car, which can never ever be compared to the loss of someones life. I suggest you either loose the attitude, or GTFO --------------------------------> Nick
  19. How the **** do you only sustain a broken leg in that sort of carnage? Sorry but that doesnt sound realistic to me
  20. Whats the status of the driver/occupants? Any casualties?
  21. Well, what an abosolute surprise. Be careful out there - the police will be cracking down hard in the wake of the recent tragedy
  22. Of course mate
