  1. troy u need to get off the roids man
  2. Why is this car still for sale, meanwhile there are morons out there buy flogged 32s for 15-16k just to save a few grand ... it will bit them in the a$$ in the long run trust me i know
  3. I agree with Ash, i really dont see how by just adding E85, you can take a great -7 result like 325awkw ^^ on pump and make it go 370 plus on other cars at the end of the day, if you have the MPH we really cant argue
  4. Cheers Andrew.. engine is holding up well atm
  5. Cool, cheers buddy
  6. Also where did you mount your fuel cooler?
  7. i knew u guys would appreciate it lol
  8. This is true, alot of big horse power cars kicking around now, especially in sydney... Hi Dan, exhuast is tapered out from the back of the turbo to a 4 inch all the way to the cat and including the cat. The rest is 3.5inch The cat is a "high flow" cat
  9. Ah excellent, are you still running a 2.6? what work have you got done to your head? once the Tune was done we ended up taking the BW off and bolting in a 6264, didnt quite line up at the dump pipe though, other wise i dare say id be running around with Pauls turbo right now haha Yavuz reckons response would be the same if not better and it wouldnt choke so much up top Well after seeing the power it made on pump on low boost (around 375rwkw) i would have thought it would have made more power... but by the time we played with the cam gears and got boost coming on nice and early we lost that little bit up top at the end of the day the front fan is only 60mm and for it to make that power with that kind of response, i couldnt have asked for much more really
  10. Haha vids this weekend That's pretty much the limit of that turbo, we put more boost into it but it just want making any more power. So we backed the boost off up top and beefed up the mid range.. Yavuz wants to put a precision on it lol
  11. Haven't even really thought about it mate, to be honest I'm not overly concerned, I don't think there is anything to be too concerned about I would rather keep the standard BOVs
  12. I think, and this is my explanation until I actually ask the tuner, because the boost was higher in the second line through the mid range.. The boost controller held the gates shut tighter not allowing any leakage. there was no changes besides the extra boost through the mid range
  13. Good to hear Nick, just remember that the turbo is going to sit very high.. especially on a 30 block

  15. Please dont get them started on -10s or GT-RS turbos
  16. Yea got them mate cheers for that, I need to get on the laptop and open them all though haha
  17. Only about 20 min from the drag strip mate, should hopefully get down there before the end of the year, hopefully make a 10sec pass Capacity of the surge tank it 5L from memory Like Paul said, running the twin gates cause I wanted to keep it a true twin scroll set up BOVs are just the standard ones but vented to atmosphere
  18. Looney_Head, not sure what the injector cycle is.. i will find out this weekend when i put it on the dyno for the SAU Unigroup dyno day. Depends on your tuner but dare say if i had 1000s they wouldnt be big enough mate. Ill try and get some videos of it on the dyno, the BW sounds bloody insane..I have some on my phone but it just gets too distorted and you cant really hear anythin. Theres a couple of American Supras on Youtube running the same turbo if yas dont wanna wait for me to upload a video Dan, your right mate i stuffed that up, its tuned on United E85 with an ethenol sensor so its a Flex-fuel. Marko, the thing about the BW is that the frame is bloody massive, though the front wheel is only 60mm (from memory) so it looks alot bigger then what it really is. One thing to note is i had to cut a small portion out of the bonnet re inforcment so i could close the bonnet. This is due to a combination of the size of the turbo frame and how high the turbo sits on the Full-Race manifold .. no biggie, nothing a die grinder cant fix! Also forgot to mention im running Tomei cam gears, and i forgot to give a Shout out to Geoff at Full-Race for answering any of the questions i had and reply back to quickly
  19. Yea probably around that time Mick, maybe a bit earlier.. . Does anyone have a decent camera to film cars on the dyno? Sean you'd have one yea?
  20. thanks mate, been driving it since the SAU NATS so not too long really happy with it, but theres always problems that needed to be overcome in a build like this, it wasnt a smooth journey the whole way haha also the ignitor is a Morris tech black box ignitor, great value for money!
