  1. yea havent comp teseted my 26/30 yet, havent had the need and cbf. but when i had a 25/30 comp was 160-165. standard pistons new rings. and yea cams, 270s and up with a 3litre let em breath
  2. Anyone played around with these 4 bolt cvs? Wanting to get movement out of a set. U carnt get new parts any more and i no i could make a good set from others but wondering if u can use bits from r33 shafts etc mainly from a cost and availability point

  4. With less camber an old problems returned. Gaurds are sitting on the tyres. Anyone out there a panel beater or no someone who can properly flare gaurds?

  6. ????????? any competent workshop can run 3inch without "ovaling" the exhaust. u could even fit 4 inch there. wouldnt bother with the 13 exhaust, complety different. the money u spend getting it cut and new bends/hangers welded it d be cheaper to get an exhaust made that will fit the car !!

  10. Ur on the right track bin it all. If its bone stock itl have a boost valve on the r/h side of the inlet blok it off or put a blow of valve there. And adjacent to that there be a similar valve with vacum lines going to it. Piss that off asweel make a plate to block it. Basicaly strip all the gear off the inlet mani so u pretty much only have injectors there
  11. Ease up. Your cars running "lean" so u wanna only spend $30 to put a fuel filter on it?? Id be more worried of the motor blowing up! Id be looking further into it by changing fuel pump and reg. Btw any steel filter will be fine. The best would be a reuseble type but u dont want to spend money

FYI : when i went to 4 bolt driveshafts i used hr31 companion flanges, i was told by numerous sources that thats what you use, when i fitted the companion flange it would sit about 10mm outside of the a arms, it didnt seem right but i just assumed thats how it has to be, only by chance i discovered they where wrong! brae had is hr31 apart and had done z31 5 stud conversion, i borrowed a z31 companion flange just to compare out of curiosity and boom!.... z31 companion flanges are shorter so anyone wanting to put hr driveshafts in r30 u must run z31 flanges!

  18. ive got some Hr31 companion flanges, these are four bolt i may be able to supply hubs aswell if needed. hubs will be 4 stud. (extra $) $80.00 posted anywhere in AUS. or pickup sydney 0419469108 photos can be sent via phone, cannot upload for a few days
  19. yea ive seen al those maatouks vls running them from the side of the covers to the sump, it always gets me thinking, i dont see it being differnt to running a rear drain from the head
  20. did a bit over the weekend diff needs redoing so thought may aswell pull the rear end out while im at it and try to get some less camber out of it stripped it all down brae (bag26n) was kind enough to make us up some solid subframe bushs raising the subframe 30mm, thanks mate also started on making up a bash bar, just playing with ideas at the moment

  23. Haha thats it! Man thatd be a huge help! Cars got kmac eccentric bushs in both inners and outers and its a pain to w/a. The best i can get is 1mm toe in and 3 deg camber. Im wanting to try get camber to 1 deg.. also thinking of changing tge outer bush back to normal. I no most guys only change the inner?
