  1. Those cars are 2003??? Click here http://www.jgtc.net/ then click on 'Team & Driver' for 2004 cars... eg: G'zoX now sponsor Hasemi Fairlady Z:
  2. A quick search only revealed that they're definately not made any more... mid-'90s I think. You occaisionally see them here, I had Sparco NS-II Vipers on my R32 when I 1st got it, it seemed like they had been on the car since new. You never really see them bigger than 16' either. Just an ordinary aftermarket alloy wheel...

    In Japan ATM!

You might have to explain why in the hell you want to get dropped off at Daikoku to the taxi driver too...

    The R35....

    Just joking mate
  5. I'd say 'yes'... unless the car had some kind of redeeming feature eg: motorsport heritage.Straight Six: don't worry man, I was just pointing out the original posters question to Aussies, to which a NZer answered... despite them screaming black and blue that they're a different country (and therefore can't/shouldn't answer). Hee hee

    The R35....

^^^ the C210 spelt the end of GT-Rs until 1989 so they're ghey

    The R35....

What tradition? This is what I don't get... Nissan release only 5 (!!11) platforms bearing the 'R' designation, yet people seem to think that GT-R = RB26 or R is synonimous with Skylines whatever...I ask: What about the C10 and C110 GT-R's???? Are they not GT-Rs in the true sense, being that they were released BEFORE the R32/33/34? If you wanna talk about GT-R tradition, tradition starts with a capitial C. If you wanna talk about Skyline tradition, tradition starts with a capital A,B,S,C and R... Cheers
  8. I know you're not serious (I hope!) but please don't give us Japan resident gaijins a bad name... please.... especially us Australian gaijin.
  9. Cheers for that (no Canadians in sight either ). I also heard that Motorex can't import R34 GT-Rs into the US now? They were too expensive anyway...
  10. Thats because NZ is an unofficial state of AU
  11. Ant I'm not going to TAS! My self centered boss put me on the schedule for the Saturday of the TAS...But definately catch up when you're here next mate for sure
  12. Ferrari F355 Challenge by SEGA AM had a clutch... but the gear stick was on the righthand side, so it was hard to get used to. Awesome 3-screen setup, and the clutch was super heavy with a notchy 6-speed 'box. Best driving arcade game ever.Heres our man Shuey having a go:
  13. Yeah 'Army' or 'Army corps'...
  14. Impul ECU's are usually tuned for air cleaner, exhaust and boost up only Gary... maybe the speed limiter has been removed too. If the car has been put back to stock she'll be running rich for sure. I get a "" for the first pic... Btw, nice GT-R mate, I see you have 'Aeromaster' sideskirts!

    X-5 Pics

Looking at that Celica, it seems the Japanese do the 'American rice' better than the Yanks do...
  16. Means: "we are drift army".
  17. No it's not... have you seen the show?
  18. mrmcderm: Hey, I heard in the US that you can drive left AND righthand drive cars without any extra certification... is this true? **waits for Canadian to tell us about Canada**
  19. *visaulizes flannel and ugg boot wearing 'Shazza' doing commando roll, while car dissapears in the distance*Sorry... but that made me crack up
  20. First pic: 1) Roppatsu Gundam - literally means "6 explosion team" <--- silly team name. 2) Omega - Oil brand 3) Hashitte iitomo - means: "it's ok to drive" <--- silly TV show title reference 4) dori you - means: "for drift" 5) sake ran or shuran (2 ways to read it) - means: alcohol induced confusion (???) or 'drunk' (?) not sure, looks like a made-up word. 6) ihou kyousou gata - means: illegal competition type... or 'mad driver' something along those lines. The guys who make these stickers use chinese characters together to form their own cool vocabulary. Second pic: The second pic uses some of the same Kanji (chinese characters) as the 1st pic, but with more very old largely unused Kanji... probably not worth worrying about other than they are club names, local area ones at that. In fact, ALL those stickers are just stupid jibberish that uncool 'Yanki' put on their cars to show how anti-establishment they are, or how hooked up they are in their car club... or whatever. I dare say that if a Japanese saw you driving around AU with those stickers they'd laugh at you, then probably ask why in the hell did you think that those stickers were worth leaving on the car. In a nutshell: take 'em off!
  21. And why???Because Macca's (city dwelling Holden rednecks of AU) can see that the current generation have hardly any support for local product (ie: Holden) so they (the rednecks in this case, posing as do gooders) are pushing the authorities to get these cars (ie: Skylines) banned by way of sensationalizing EVERY accident involving Skylines, even though Commadoor accidents outweigh Skyline accidents 50 to 1... a dirty trick, but when was the last time someone named 'Macca' gave you a fair go?
  22. I TOLD you... I've said it 1,000 times and I'll say it again:You are in Macca country. (macca = commonwhore loving, city dwelling redneck) They are irrational, and unfortunately are pandered to by the police, government, media etc, etc, etc. Every implication that can ever be derived from any import driver harrassment by the authorities can be attributed to the fact that: You are not driving a Holden, therefore you are not Australian. Period. So GTFO. Helloooooooo harrassment from all levels... I live in Japan
  23. Just hang on RiverSide, I had all this translated last night ready to post up, but then the forums went down... at work now so I'll do it when I get home.
