Welcome to SAU Elise The SAUSA club is making a comeback. Kell is putting together more cruises, the stagea owners are putting in more cruises and including skylines too. There's some social activities being put together including karts, dinners and movie sessions. PLUS ... we are taking delivery of the first order of SAU hoodies! Like any club, I reckon we need some kind of informal committee members or even just a rotating roster of people responsible for organising shit ... like cruises Thats a great observation there. I had no problem with the conveyancer whatsoever, but thanks anyway Pete. I've used Lyon Conveyancing before and they've done a great job (which is why I've used them again). They've never been slack and very professional. I've been talking with Lindy a bit about our settlement and she's been the only one not to serve me sugar with bullshit. The ball had been dropped and the broker and agent together have held up the documentation. I got further calls from them yesterday and I made it clear I was not happy. They're chasing me for the status of the applications, thats their job to keep their finger on the pulse. I'm sure the agent has not told the vendor the full story, so I'm going to drop by his place tonight (seeing as he lives across the road from our new house) to keep neighbourly relations in good health. When I sold my first house, the agent f**ked up and kept my (the vendor) in the dark, and I think now the agent is keep this vendor in the dark on whats happened. At this point, I don't care about upsetting the agent or the broker. They've made promises they can't keep and they have not managed this in a professional matter and its all showing now. One of my biggest gripes is so-called professionals who cannot do their job properly. The conveyancer is the only one who's been professional and understanding. I played courier boy yesterday (because the broker couldn't do anything until 3pm!) so I jumped on things at 11am ... all worthless in the end because the bank didn't lodge the documents. Don't know why I bothered. But I am going to that same branch tomorrow and 'thanking' that stupid "concierge" personally. As you can tell, still not happy about it. Broker and Agent still reckon settlement can happen today ... but I'm going with the conveyancers opinion that it won't settle until Monday/Tuesday now. I checked the accounts/applications this morning online and nothing happened overnight anyway.

Well someone dropped the ball, and now we can't move into the house yet I even made over a dozen phone calls today and took 2.5 hours break from work to personally run the documents from the broker to the bank and copies to the conveyancer. f**king pointless in the end, because stupid Westpac, who said they'd courier it immediately to the head office, have put the docs in an overnight bag instead! I would have taken it there personally myself if I'd known that!!! If nothing happens tomorrow, someone's getting a new arsehole. Not happy at all Sorry for the rant, but with over $700K in properties on the line, I thought I'd be regarded as a higher priority. Now we've missed settlement. I will not be responsible for any dishonour fees. Now I gotta calm down and be happy for Tracy and break the news. Guess we'll see you Saturday for sure. Want us to bring anything?

Yeah well it all means nothing when its a fight for popularity to get friends on your side. I don't play those games, I don't really give a f**k if I got lots of friends or not. The ones I do have are absolutely loyal ... and can tolerate me There's already been a few rumours about, fishing for a response from me. Meh, care? She's already used the "he cheated" card to cover up her own affair. I paid that rumour no attention.
