Hey y'all, I'm putting together another little event to go on the SAU calender ... bowling at the Cross Road Bowls, Goodwood. I want to gauge interest for Saturday night bowling starting at say 7.30pm. We could meet at Kell's usual meeting point at 6.00pm and cruise to Goodwood. We could all wear our hoodies too for those that have them I'm not going to keep shuffling the date and time each time someone has a problem with it, so for now I'm setting it at 7.30pm Saturday 20th Sept (2 weeks from this Saturday). Who's in? I need rough numbers by the end of the week, so I can estimate how many lanes to book.

My licence is my outlet. At the end of the working week, I enjoy nothing more than going for a ride or car cruise with mates. I like to misbehave from time to time, but I pick where and when to do it ... mostly on the race circuit. After 19 years, I've only ever received a handful of speeding fines (all under 15kph above limit). Never done DUI and never lost my licence.

Your first mistake was lying to him. Sorry to hear, but you might have been let off with a warning if you were just upfront with him. Once you lie, that opens the door for him to go thru a fine check on your car, instead of a quick once over. As for the fine for each rim, he was playing you for a reaction. See if you were a smart mouth or still hiding anything. Cops are currently looking for in cabin plug in and play stuff, so be careful people.

Morning all! I slept in for once I don't sleep in often. Still now settlement on the house, but I'm packing things in boxes and moving some furniture now in anticipation. Might get started on painting some walls today BTW is there an increase in stupid accidents and breaking into cars, or are people just talking about it more? Damo, that sucks about your car man. As far as I can see, there are no hats (strut tops) in the package, is that correct? (which bolts up to the strut towers in the engine bay) Also do you know what the spring rates are and how much lower they are to stock? Thanks

Anyone know someone selling a car for under/about $2500 with enough room for putting a wheel chair in the back ... like a wagon or R31, something with a big boot. Must be auto also

Sled's right dude. Slack off the sarcasm a bit, and give it a while before you go stirring the pot again. Everyone likes a bit of fun, but everyone has personal problems outside of SAU at the same time. Sometimes people are sensitive for a good reason.
