  1. r/c drift cars? What next? Drift go-karts! :laughing-smiley-014:
  2. +1 ... thats 9! Don't go over doing it dude.
  3. I just moved into the neighbourhood 2 months ago (kinda got forced into it after breaking my shoulder in a bike crash), so I haven't seen 'everything' yet. I have no doubts there are whitey crews farking about. Same here too. If they go near my car they'll know about it.
  4. Very niiiiice!
  5. Well I just said I'd show up at the Kmart car park for any one interested. Stop in and discuss a route. I'd prob go for a cruise up to the Bay then Esplanade to Outer Harbor then back into the city. But I might tag along with my biker buddies if I see them heading for Eagle and Lofty. My broken shoulder heals 100% in 2 weeks and I get my bike back from the shop around that time. Can't wait to be riding again!
  6. Thats why I said You've been here 13 months and thats your 8th post? :laughing-smiley-014:
  7. :laughing-smiley-014: :laughing-smiley-014: :laughing-smiley-014:
  8. Get it tuned at each stage, or put all bolt ons at once and tune it. Anything else is asking for trouble. I'm going to take the Stagea out to Mallala for a benchmark time, then dynoed for a before-and-after comparison. Then I'm fitting my intercooler kit, turbo etc etc and do it all again to see/feel the changes.
  9. Yeah ... err ... thats what I was saying in the first place Glad you agree with me :laughing-smiley-014: Anyway ... back on topic. Take the car to the Sturt Inspection Station next door to the cop shop and you'll be better off there than Regency, who have a larger capacity to go right thru your car should they deem to.
  10. If it has the compliance plate, its complied ... thats what I meant. Please learn to read. :laughing-smiley-014: I'd rather the car get the full check over. I don't fancy a cop lubing me up :laughing-smiley-014:
  11. PM please
  12. I've still got the stock system. I've just never paid attention. I'll endeavour to 'listen out' for what is normal and try to report back here.
  13. I hear nothing but the engine revving out and normal turbo spooling noise. But then again, my hearing sucks, so I may be missing some high pitched noises :laughing-smiley-014:
  14. Makes coffee?? :laughing-smiley-014:
  15. ^ I'm with stupid. 3.15pm is too early for a Friday. I want a few beers by the pool before any cruise. I'll be at the Kmart carpark at around 9.00-9.30pm if anyone shows.
  16. So the cruise not on now then?
  17. Thanks for bringing back an old thread, but while I'm here ... You weren't that white 33 I saw slam into the bin and light pole on Pultney St in the city one morning going to work last year? The roads were barely wet, and the fool driving did it right in front of a cop! :laughing-smiley-014: It was funny to watch, even tho the 33 almost wiped out a car turning right at the lights.

    My Car

^ I'm with stupid :laughing-smiley-014: So whats the timeline on this CA swap?
  19. What a load of cock! All commercial premises must provide car parking on-site. Meaning the car park is their property and a service offered to patrons/students/staff. It is their problem. Too bad TAFE security are thick as they come.
  20. I live in the Ferryden Park area and the edit *insert ethnic minority here* running around here are thieving bastards. My car is securely locked up, club locked, and a baseball bat near the door at the ready! A two way alarm gets installed this weekend. Try and steal it mother farkers! If you go driving around a car that screams "look at me, steal me!" then it will eventually happen. Only YOU are responsible for the security of your car. Security guards and CCTV will only 'watch' your ride get stolen. As my biker mates say, "harden the bollocks up" and do what needs to be done to protect your ride.
  21. Drift huh? Congrats anyway. I'm getting tattooed again Saturday, so I guess I won't be there.
  22. If its got rego in another state, then it must already have a compliance plate. Take the car to the Sturt Vehicle Inspection Station if you can, if the car has a few mods. They're not as anal as Regency. I've gotta do the same for my Stagea, so I'll be going to the Sturt inspection station near the Sturt/Darlington Police Station.
  23. CARS I have no recent pics, but this is of my CA18DET powered 1600 wagon (with VG30BB turbo) built for show/circuit/street I built this mad 200B also ... with a supercharged SR20DE motor. Surprised a few people at the drags LOL I'll hit the Mallala race circuit with the Stagea next month before I fit the turbo and cooler kit for a benchmark. BIKES When it comes to bikes, I took my TLR to track days For show too I raced an Aprilia RS250 too I built a turboed CBR1000F drag bike! And built my GSXR600 race bike In action And I race a custom built pocket bike at Pooraka (this bike broke the lap record on its first outing) I build it ... I race it ... I thrash it!
  24. Better get myself organised then. This'll be my 6th year working as a race official. Awesome times. I look forward to it every year! Rossi bores the pants off me now with all his complaining. Blame the tyres, blame the engines, blame Yamahas budget. Rossi is out of touch ... he's not God afterall now that its a level playing field. Oh, and when the f&*k is Pedrosa going to smile? Go Vermulen too. And if Westy can get on a Honda, we could see better things from him.
