I picked up an r33 series 2 on the weekend and have been spending the last few days getting to know it. I understand that the m type bumper has an orange indicator as well as a clear light within the front bar. However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to switch it on. Is there some trick? lol Is it even a light? or just a bit of plastic for looks? Sorry if this sounds stupid, im relatively new to skylines : ) Thanks guys.

I didn't like it. In fact, I disliked it so much I changed the channel. The skinny small guy has an annoying voice and to me its just a big immitation. Edit: Unlike the british version, these guys TRY to be funny, and it just wasn't working. The part when they're sitting down talking about the stretch hummer with dubs. "i'll pop a cap in yo ass". One word "Cringeworthy"

Does having an intercooler behind your front bar effect the cars crumple zone? Could having an intercooler affect the normal working operation of airbags? Just curious and looking for some clarification. Regards, Adz

Its called a labor government. Ooooooooooh, I went there. Just for the record, I'm no neoliberal, but at the same time, people who work hard and earn more deserve to be rewarded for doing so. I work two jobs and get taxed a ridiculous amount on my second job, so much so that it almost isn't worth doing it. When I was 15 I worked every saturday and sunday at a fast food establishment and made $80 for it. Some of my friends use to be on "youth allowance" and made the same amount as me, yet never had a job until they were 19 and 20, and it use to drive me up the wall knowing that I was working hard to pay for them to enjoy themselves. The funny thing is that those friends of mine were always the ones that had the best phones/clothes/ tv's/ foxtel etc. I'm not saying that youth allowance is a bad thing, but its needs to be regulated and given only to those in certain circumstances and those who are particularly needy. Still annoys me to this day. Sorry for the rant and going off topic. Just some food for thought.

Is it just me, or did this guy never mention the three letters GTR? If i was you, I would keep the berlina and save up the money to put it outright. That way you dont have to stress about a loan when you get fired/break a limb/ cant work etc. When you can afford it, just get a GTS-T dude. Enough power for a p plater hey?

I just did an online quote with the RACV for fully comprehensive insurance of an r33 Skyline. The grand total....Over $6,500 per annum. Good to see RACV are attempting to make it affordable for young people!

If you think R34 kilometres can get high, think about how many ks some of the r33s have done before they are wound back by dodgy dudes in japan/aus!
