  1. .....with the injector correction set to about 49% it should be fine to drive to the dyno with the 0/2 feedback switched on
  2. I agree with Freebaggin, the jigsaw option would be best, that way you can position the vents where you need them most  Carbon would look great on your car through
  3. Merry Christmas to you mate! Hope you sort all your things out my Fiance' and I might go out for a little drink
  4. Have a safe and Merry Christmas everyone, and a great New Year, Regards, Chris

  6. I'd have got a R33 if they weren't $30,000 when I got my R32 The $10,000 dollar differance was they clinching factor for me I'd swap my 32 for a 33 any day, even with around 200rwkw, I like the feel of a R33, feels more solid and has that big car pressence on the road R32's interior is dated now while R33 still looks pretty good either one is going to cost you a shitload if you want to go quicker than stock
  7. Has it been used at all?
  8. Im getting a Slimline PS2 for Christmas I have read you can use USD Extreme and plug a external USB HDD and run games from that Has anyone tried that with success? Chris
  9. Need one with a serial port, charger preffered What do you have? any of the $50 suit this?
  10. It was brand new, direct from Nissan
  11. Unley Nissan can get you one, a mate of mine got one from there a while back. It was $200, and came painted to whatever colour his car was Bonnet latch ma be a bit harder to come accross. I ended up getting mine from a importer, who located one in Japan and sent it over in his next shipment. Unley Nissan may also be able to get these Bonnets are hard to get, because they are aluminium, so they dent real easy, and most people that have got a GTR, don't want to sell them. They are sought after on a GTST, so they are quite rare
  12. Yeah, it mine makes ok power for the turbo it has. I'd like to run at tilbrooks just to see what it is on there. I'd always like more, but meh, got other things to spend my money on ATM! If you can, drop by and see Shaun, he's a top bloke and a decent tuner too. One thing that is for sure, the ECU is only as good as the tuner, and Shaun is good. Since its not a daily driver I'd keep the Microtech, and get the tune sorted. You already have a decent ECU, why bother swapping! If it is running that lean, I'd take it pretty easy, you can't tell if its knocking with the Microtech, so its up to your ears to hear it Whatisname also runs a Microtech tuned by Shaun, makes around 300rwkw also
  13. this thread was starteed in April.........
  14. Will you COD some H1 bulbs to me in Adelaide?
  15. I think you'll find the reason for the very quick time and huge MPH was in fact, due the car itself, wanting to shed that awful wing and front bumper! Nice time BTW
  16. Fair enough PM me if you want, keen to know. Not saying they are dodgy, just would be nice to know in case I ever want to take my car there Shaun knows his Microtech's, I'm sure he will get it how you want it. Freebaggin has had his Microtech for about 3-4 years now, had great success with it, with stock turbo/injector setup to now with big injectors/turbo etc. 300+rwkw out of a stock RB25, Shaun must be doing something right! Might pay to go and have a chat with him and get his opinion, he has all the laptop stuff there for Microtech. Even pay for a quick dyno/afr run and see where your car is at, might be ok
  17. Where was that tuned? I'm sure Shaun @ Boostworx would get the Microtech running sweet, he knows them backwards, look at Freebaggins R33, 300+rwkw out of that, with a Microtech Looks very lean too me, might pay even to take it somewhere else and do a run and see what AFR's it has on another dyno, could be the calibration of the O2 sensor is a bit of? Looks like its running some decent timing, making 200+rwkw, so if i was detonating, Im sure you'd know about it
  18. I reckon I'd take it for $300.......
  19. Cool tossing up between the redline and the castrol, both have good reports that diff ratio would be good with the big block torque
  20. ok Will have a think about it, and see if my fiance' wants to get that for christmas for me, its either that or a new one will let you know
  21. Clint32 has a GTR diff in his 32 had to use GTR hubs and driveshafts as far as I know I think his was out of a R32 Good choice in keeping the 2way Darren! My diff needs a oil change, what have you been using in yours?
  22. pretty keen, how old is it?
  23. Don't do it Darren!! Joel could probably tell you, my diff, ATS 1.5way is pretty quiet, it doesn't clunck all that much, only in shopping centre type turns I'd have a go adjusting it mate, once you get some big power, you will need all the grip you can get. Maybe try the medium and hard setting, in theory, the more pre-load, the more it will just squeal a tyre, and not dis-engage the diff..... I think Nightcrawler lunched his diff in his S15 a while back didn't he? I remember a problem he had with open wheeling or something after a few drag runs
  24. mine registers about 30-40 on startup I reckon its something to do with the starter motor on the flywheel Engage that while the motor is going, I see about 40 knock if I do that
  25. Pretty well, it did when I had the old boost control setup, with the bleed valve I might change it back and see if there is any differance
