  1. We use this shuff at work called 'Husky' double sided tape. It sticks as good as anything I have ever seen. You should be able to get it at a arts supplies store or something like that
  2. Hey mate, I had a look on the weekend, couldn't find much on there. From memory there was a sticker saying they where 32 or 38, can't quite remember, but it looks like it has come of when they where on the car Is there any other way I can measure the offset on them?
  3. Will post up offsets when I find out what they are. If this gives you any indication, the rears just fit inside the rear guards, same with the fronts Will post up them up when I find out Chris
  4. pm replied will chase up offset and freight
  5. Yeah, they are all fine and balance up really well
  6. Hi, the two rears have a bit of scraping, mainly from using semi-slicks as they have no rim protector. Offset is 38 I think, I will have to check. Do you have GTR or GTSt? Don't think they would be suitable for GTR, I believe you have to keep rim sizes the same front and back other wise you stuff up the workings of the 4WD
  7. Selling these rims, need to free up shed space Tyres good for drift, 2 ok for road use, Rims are 17x8 front 17x9 rear, with all wheel nuts Asking $500, with a pair of pretty well had it RE55S Semi Slicks chucked in as well (one needs puncture repair) Spray 'em black, white, whatever! Would be a great set of track/drift wheels
  8. I sent a boot to Melbourne via Pack and Send, next day delivery cost me $80
  9. Any interest from anyone? Had a few PM's but nothing too serious
  10. Geez, your GTR is very thirsty! Before the pump swap, I'd get 400kms out of a tank. Mostly commuting to anf from work I am lucky to get 340kms now, and the only thing chaged is the pump! So how does the PFC closed loop system work? Will it work even if the fuel values are way off? Or do they have to be close enough for it to make minor adjustments Allot of the meduim load/coming onto boost tuning was done with the 0/2 feedback switched off, light load wasn't touched though from what I can see How does injector lag time effect fuel consumption?
  11. Just wondering what fuel values you guys are running in your PFC for light load stuff I am trying to get some economy back into my car, it seems after a fuel pump swap last year my fuel ecomomy has been quite shithouse never really took much notice, but after filling up last night and doing the sums my car is using almost 15L per 100kms The O2 sensor is functioning correctly, and the closed loop setting is turned on It seems most of my fuel was being consumed while getting up to speed, when its not running closed loop. A quick check of my fuel values showed that at WOT, my fuel values are between 105-110-114 up the top end Mid-range and cruise load points showed it was around 114-120, which is more than what it uses at full noise. These where never changed after a pump swap My understanding is that you have to be 'near the mark' with your fuel values for the closed loop mode to function correctly Any feedback would be grateful, Chris
  12. As everyone has suggested, makes sure the basics are sorted out first I would strongly advise that you get it on the dyno and see what the AFR's are like. Going from my experience with a 'remapped' ecu, it made me think my car had a much bigger turbo than it really did A simple upgrade of injectors and PowerFC, and a bit of tuning, transformed my car from being very laggy to having very little lag at all A decent tune makes all the differance! Check out the overlay on this graph, notice the mid-range gains of optimised AFR's and ignition timing What is not shown is the old remapped tune would run at about 15/1 AFR's in the mid-range, and little timing due to detonation Now it runs more timing, with AFR's around 11.5/1 Thats where my 'laggy' feeling was, and it was all in the tune
  13. If you are after cheap new tyres, I would reccomend the Toyo TASW, I have them all round, 225/50/16. They can be had for about $140ea new from Tyrepower I have found 225's a little too wide for stock 32 rims, I have them on 7.5" wide rims and they fit well 205/55 are a good fit on the stock 32 rims
  14. Ahh, I see now i'm a few weeks behind!
  15. http://www.andra.com.au/andra_main.htm There is a bit on there saying its posponed until Feb 25 or something, due to a new timing system being installed
  16. off topic, are you guys getting increased knock on your hand controller after playing with your datalogit stuff?
  17. internally stock RB20, 171,000kms HKS 2510 turbo, 1.3bar 300x600x50mm cooler PowerFC with boost control kit GTR injectors 044 fuel pump 3.5" dump/exhaust stock exhaust manifold Z32 AFM best dyno was 208rwkw currently running about 190rwkw due to conservative tune (random knock on PFC hand controller) Attached is a few differant dynos, each with differant boost/tune
  18. internally stock RB20, 171,000kms HKS 2510 turbo, 1.3bar 300x600x50mm cooler PowerFC with boost control kit GTR injectors 044 fuel pump 3.5" dump/exhaust stock exhaust manifold Z32 AFM best dyno was 208rwkw currently running about 190rwkw due to conservative tune (random knock on PFC hand controller) Attached is a few differant dynos, each with differant boost/tune
  19. I have only had to call them after I had a s/h twin plate clutch installed, and it gave up when I pulled into work! Your right though, no need for RAA if you own a Skyline unless its a self inflicted failure!
  20. Are you with RAA? they do it for free if you say your car is busted
  21. Thinking of changing the look of my car, want to sell my rims Tyres are Toyo TASW 225/50/16, fronts approx 80/90% rears about 60% tread left see pics for detials, offset is 32 or 38 i think, will confirm after about $850 fit well on a 32GTSt, fill out the guards nicely Very light rims * edit - title should say 16x7.5 not 16x7x5! *
  22. So its a no go for the Nationals then? Only jsut got back to work today (no internet at home) so pretty poor to read of this
  23. Got most of a RB20 motor to sell, minus a exhaust cam and CAS and injector rail All offers considered, gotta shift it
  24. Still have cams, will knock them down to $135 No lifters, sorry
  25. The injector adjustment will stay there all the time There are two, the inj/ign where you can take timing out and add fuel, this will reset upon restart, and then there is also a injector window, where you can adjust lag time and correction, set this to 49% and turn your 0/2 feedback on via the etc menu and it should be driveaable
