  1. engine is working fine. ignition power is working fine can here fuel pump and that come on when put in the on position
  2. oil return hose got too hot and caught fire which also burnt the afm, boost solinoid loom plus another plug, car would not start after, seperated all wires and taped up got it started but there is nothing working in the speedo cluster no rev, temp no warning lights fuel gauge not getting any less, power windows don't work, no park, tail, interior lghts working, all fuses are fine. i have no idea wot it could be any help would be awesome cheers
  3. was told there should always be power to the plug as the ecu opens the earth to complete the circult plus does anyone know if there has to be a speed signal for it to work

  6. hey just woundering wot brand and model tyre you have found to create lots of smoke of course the higher the gear the more smoke but i've had some shocking tyres which take a while and some that peel chunks off leave us your comments cheers
  7. hey had troubles with plugs while ago put wasted spark on s2 rb25 and put bkr6e in went alot better but still a tiny bit holding back, put differnt turbo on it and power fc and went sweet as but when i put the boost up to 13 started doing the same thing. went and brought some bcpr6es tiny bit better but just wanted to know if gapping them to .6 would help or would this cause any troubles having a low gap? cheers and merry christmas
  8. swapped a couple of parts for it so not to bothed plus can get it bored out for round 150 so might aswell try. once i get it going ill let ya know if its any good cheers
  9. hey got my hands on a ht18 turbo to replace my stock one. told i can get my factory exausht housing bored out to fit on so it bolts up. has anyone tried this and how has it gone? cheers
  10. they are the same i think, heat range is one diff but woundering if its on the spark or fuel side of things
  11. hey having trubles with my rb25det s2 well when i first put engine in my car would drive good but there has always had a very little hisitation from round 5500 to 6500 but hardly noticable has fmic, exhaust, only ever run 9psi but then it started backfiring hard between 5-6.5g i decided to wire up up an ignitor and wasted spark has new vn coil and leads with 8 months old platniums checked them and the white ceramic was cracked on one and you could c were it had been arc'n through so replaced with a spare irridium ( if anyone knows wot 45 dollar ones to put in) know when it gets to round 4500 it just misses/pings, doesn't even rev past 5 easly it seems to change behaviour(getting worse) tried changing cas but no change

  15. Hey car was missfiring when under load more than 5 psi. After long thought i decided to do a wasted spark set up on it. i use a rb25de ignitor from a 92 c33 (same as r32) and the loom aswell and a vn coil pack From the s2 8 pin plug i wired up the 6 signals to the ignitor, it has a 3 pin plug but the black wire from the ignitor had no wire to go to after the plug so just cut it and grounded the ignitor, The last 2 wires coming from the 8 pin plug (white & black) i joined to the 3 pin plug then the white to the 3 pins on the coil. Last of all i conected the black one to 1&6 on the coil. Started it up and it ran on 4 cylinders, 1 and 6 are not firing at all and 1&6 coil gets hot well the others stay cold. please help i have looked round everywhere and can not find any information on it. 1&6 have never work at all thanks
  16. running a rb20det wastegate on my rb25det s2 which opens at 9PSI. Mods i have done are FMIC, turbo back exhaust and car runs really well. doesn't smoke at all even on redline(shoots out big flames sometime when you change gear after being on limiter) and runs sweet on 95
  17. hey gonna get a tune on s2 rb25det with FMIC and exhaust and rebuilt head ECU is a power fc and have some gtr injectors which i will prob put in. want to get a tune at round 12 psi or 14.7/1bar. what kind of figures would i get and what would be the difference in running a stock turbo vs aftermarket, if the standed makes 12psi right through the rev range wot would an aftermarket one do differntly? cheers
  18. had bad idle probablm with my laurel ended up being the ecu. was the chip tuned on a dyno or just calculated for ur mods?

  20. have3 a s2 rb25det out of a r33 but need to know what year it is so i can get the correct headgasket cheers . RB25 123378A
