  1. hehe seems my mechanic has no faith in my driving, thanks for that.
  2. dam that 32 looks phat!
  3. i apoligise if this topic has been covered many times, tried a search couldn't quite find what i was looking for. Got a brand new turbo, all working nicely. Must i run in the turbo or "take it easy" for a certain number of km's? My mechanic has informed me that I must drive like a granny for a month
  4. excellent work fellas, got the exact same problem described here. gonna give this method a whirl and see how it goes.
  5. from reading other threads, i think the stock S2 rb25det injectors can only handle up to 220rwkw
  6. lmao what do you do for work Oz? sounds like you're pretty well established with talk of houses, trips to nz, 34 gtr
  7. excellent shot, for a second i thought u had just bought it

  10. god dammit lol screw spendin $1000+ im just gonna get another 33 turbo.
  11. heyas I fear that I may have blown my turbo or perhaps even more (what i've been told) happened while i gave the car a bit of hit, took it to about 6k then all i could hear was a high pitched humming sound. continued to drive normally, then heard it again when ever the turbo would spool. doesn't boost at all. when i do accelerate, the high pitched humming sounds rises in pitch with the engine, sounds very annoying. symptons of a blown turbo or even more damage? sound is definitely comming from the air filter. mods: 3" exhaust turbo - back pod filter stock turbo boosted @ 10-12 psi (just hits 12psi and comes down to 11/10) walbro 500hp fuel pump was dyno'd making 190rwkw. all opinions much appreciated.
  12. i've had a walbro 500hp in tank installed recently. runs excellent, not noisy at all. However lately at high revs flat pedal, the car has little fart/squirt fits while going up the revs...could be the stock ecu dis liking hitting 12 psi.
  13. as everyone has said, depends on how much power you're chasing. I also have a R33 GTS-T Series 2, updated cooler with r34 cooler (very easy upgrade, almost straight swap). Running 190.3rwkw fine.
  14. lol nice
  15. you can talk about drag racing/launching etc. as much as you want in the correct section: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...hp?showforum=17
  16. i noticed a little bit of difference since the new pump, idoling bit better, holdin revs abit nicer too. theres bosch 040's going cheap in the For Sale>Business section check it out.
  17. ready my posts, its all of the above and yes they tuned it. cheers baron RH9 R34 GT-R at CRD:
  18. spotted yellow r34 gt-t near 7-11 merrylands, waved and forked, was kiddin
  19. I saw the RH9 GT-R there! So sexy...I'll post up some pics i took. Yes they tuned it also, timing and stuff. AFR Graph:
  20. nope no Power FC, but definitely considering one. 3" split/front dump, 3" catco hi flow cat (from batmbl), 3.5" custom catback (bought 2nd hand): bolted on by my mechanic. K&N pod Have the turbotech controller @ 12psi (the one everyone is raving about on these forums) Walbro pump installed by CRD ($300 fitted) After doing 3 power runs, got same result. I've only been there twice, have spent $155-$300 each time. Its true they have real high class customers, however I was treated nicely and not given attitude. I can post up AFR graph if anyone would like? Thanks for such a positive response guys, next cruise or meetup you's can have a closer look and inspect for yourselves.
  21. haha great stuff man! congratulations, dam that line looks sexy take care of it.
  22. I'm not advertising for these guys, and I wasn't put up to this but I'm just so impressed with the service and results over there that I had to share it with you guys! Mods: 3" Exhaust (turbo - back) Pod filter Standard R34 GT-T cooler Standard Turbo/ECU Walbro 500HP In tank Fuel Pump 12 psi I understand this might not relate to most, but there are alot of line owners in the same mod field as I am. These guys are excellent at what they do, and I strongly reccomend them!
