For the record CB radios are not illegal AFAIK as long as you do not use a channel that interferes with a restricted one ie emergency frequency The point I was making before is that CB radios are not mandatory and people can still meet and enjoy a cruise day without them. Look I really mean no disrespect. But how about hands free, blue tooth head unit, satnav (GPS), shit even refedex???? I really feel sorry for all those that are entirely dependant upon technology these days. I don't even have a single GPS unit in any of my cars and I manage just fine. UHF radios are fantastic and considering it will be Easter it surely is good to be prepared.
