im guess in its because Govt owned probably means more stringent rules to follow due to bureaucracy . Otherwise I cannot identify why differences in ownership would really matter.Being private could mean they can charge higher fees because they can.

not sure on that one Mattie.......but a car that is a bomb is exactly that.Expect to pay for ongoing repairs and maintenance cost for said bomb. Try and find a car that had genuine low ks that will be a start
