Howd you go about spraying the caliper? Ive seen a few ppl do a bodge job of not taking it off and spraying around it? I put the ebc greenstuff into my 32, to be honest i wasn't impressed with them the slightest bit...

Chances are its because of the accident Check to see a. if any of the hoses are off, b. if theres some nice cracks. GTR radiator will cost u round 650 new. Decent upgrade now that ure forced to. Have you learnt ure lesson?

I agree with you totally, though from everything ive read, suggests that without say a new turbo etc, changing the IC on a 32 doesn't make a great deal of difference. Now ive seen 100 of ure posts saying "omg my fmic gave me 30wrkw" , im just wondering what i should be expecting...5? 10? 30?

30c Everything was running pretty well, felt nice In the end it was pinging from 5000rpm and up on high boost. Think the fuel pump was going which has since been replaced with a bosch 600hp pump. When it comes back with a fmic, up goes the timing again

I remember alot of ppl saying a fmic doesn't really do shit with a 32? Either way i should have mine back (fkn taxi ran me off the road) in around another month. She comes back with a micks metalcraft 600x300x76 so ill be able to comment With stockbox, 3" exhaust str8 thru, 10 psi, and timing on around 30 (no pingage pphhoaarrwww) we were on around 138rwkw. What have other ppl noticed that have swapped to a fmic in a 32?

The main coat is silver... Im thinking maybe a pearl blue mixed in or similar...

ah yeh...man i feel for u hard....i got jacked by an undercover, peak speed for 36k over (yes i know but still, big industrial st) didn't even notice the speed...he gave me a ticket for 30 and over....as u know thats now 3months, and ures in 6months with a 1.5k fine....

What was the speed he put down on the ticket?

I have an r32, and my normal lights use h1. U can get the normal 1s for $10 not even, or u can use HIDs for 50 or so, a pair.

After using a different set of globes, i found that this new set were round 2mm longer, and i havnt had a problem yet. I imagine my problem is to do with the connector terminals... To take the globe out, pop the bonnet, unscrew a black cover, pull back the waterproofing cover, unplug the power clip, and on the base ull feel 2 prongs, squeeze these together, and the globe will loosen

Im still waiting on the police report to be finalised, before i get a quote etc. I thought there was a central number you could ring, present them with an 'event id' and they could give you details, though every cop ive spoken to was clueles about that. I think ill have to go directly to him rather than his insurance company first to 'encourage' him to make a claim. They're not going to get involved until he pays his excess. In regards to the taxi company, I didn't actually see what cab company he was from, though ive got all his details and taxi number so that should be a problem tracking down. Im expecting a quote to be ready on thursday, so I shall deliver it thurs nite. Maybe im being negative, but I can see alot of problems ahead Thanks again guys ill keep you posted

Well, Driving home last nite on parra rd, taxi in the right lane decides he wants to pickup a passanger at the last second, as they do. Sideswipes me (bye bye drivers side paint) and continues to drive me into the gutter, despite holding down the horn for **** knows how long, and hearing that nice metal to metal sound. Bye bye rim/tyre/other parts. Anyway, i rang my insurance company (just cars) today, and since i only have 3rd party, they said they don't get involved unles hes holding me liable. Has any1 else with 3rd party had their insurance company handle it if it can be proved you're not at fault? The flip side to this is i may need to chase this bloke myself. He spun shit to the cops last nite, and basically wouldn't speak to me either, so i can see a fun ride ahead. Im thinking i should obtain a quote for repairs, and ask him for the cash, or for him to claim to his insurance, failing that, join the legal chain. Any1 have advice as to what any other options could be or things i should get sorted b4 i start? Im still awaiting the police report.

Might have been an idea to lock the car and walk away before the cops came to ure car...just an idea for the next time it happens to some1 else... This has been mentioned b4, but i think alot of the problems come from the younger cops. I have been pulled over many times (90% rbts) and every single time ive had an older cop, hes been a good bloke. Everytime ive had a younger bloke, i get shit. I think it spawns from jealousy alot of the time...which makes me want to slam a glasss bottle into his face coz i work hard for my $.
