  1. Hi looking for a set of lowered springs for a V35 Skyline or from a 350Z (Both have the same springs, 350z sits an extra inch lower). Preferably in Sydney, with low kms! Cheers, Tai
  2. Get your car's wheels photoshopped to the colour of your choice and compare it thru that avenue....I put up a request for someone to do mine on the Computer Art second here on SAU, and they were kind enough to do so. You can chk it out>>( http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/V3...se-t278754.html ).....they are not the stock wheels, but 18inch none the less. I think you should do with a gunmetal Grey.
  3. I didn't get what was meant by not doing it all in one go?...so what you saying is that you will do it in steps?...e.g. Drain 3L then put in 3L till its all been changed?
  4. We can? ......but an amazing looking car, very tastefully modified, goodluck for the sale!
  5. ^ come on Chris, don't have to be that harsh!..........but he is right cuz, fairly atrocious Talk to O'Brien and to the people who did the sedan windscreen, they should have for the coupe as well.
  6. so soft as in they don't have the same spring rate as the OEM springs??....but 15K out of a set isn't that bad. Esp if your not using it as daily drive....oh and G7 would you have a picture of your car?, just want to see the drop.
  7. I personally think it would look great... but then again if you aren't willing to go that low then its better you keep waiting for a 350z springs, unless King springs makes some for the V35 (last time i asked they didnt). The V35 has no camber adjustments on the rear only a little bit of toe. Im looking to go down this path very soon, lots of camber you say? what camber?...camber is sexy
  8. you might wanna pm a member by the name of 'mjay' he just bought new rims...maybe he still has his stock ones and wants to sell.
  9. wow, cogs that looks amazing!, lol look so realistic...yeah i kinda like it lowered with the silver wheels...thanks heaps!...hmm i should look up some tutorials on how to do this stuff! thanks vish!
  10. Hi guys, I would like to request someone to do some photo-chopping on my 350GT...since im not too large on the cash side i was thinking of powder coating my wheels and dropping it. What to do: 1.Drop car, decent drop + Change colour of wheels to DARK GREY(matt) 2. If possible>> Slam the car + any colour wheels(you choice<< i might like it and go with that) Thanks for all the help
  11. congrats on the wheels mjay, finally gottem eh!...but u seriously need a drop with those babies on.
  12. why is it illegal?...if it was, don't you think the RTA would do something about it when the info of driver and car are entered into their system?...and its not like they are turbo or have a 'too high' power to weight ratio like the later M3s.....btw ive been pulled over for speeding on my greens and he even pointed that out...lol but i talked my way out of a fine . Im on my green Ps!!...wohoo off them end of year! All the performance V8s and all turbo cars...also some NA car with high power to weight ratios...not sure what the ratio is thou.
  13. i think what he was implying is that if you post it in the relevant section you will get a more accurate response...but sorry dont know any reason, umm it could be engine oil getting old(but that doesnt explain the gear flaring)?
  14. LOL lets hope she doesn't see that post...otherwise she'll be a very UN-happy GF, and we all know what that mean....
  15. aww that's a cute kid sir, good work! and tons and tons of congratulations!!

  17. nope, the wind up and wind down feature is not a standard feature....you must be confusing it with: when opening and closing the door the windows lower a little bit for clearance from the frame.
  18. lol a little extract showing car is gonna be a bit more then the 43,000 quoted.... "We have included the cost of shipping, import duties, GST, and our service fee in this estimate. Please note that the price allows for a free compliance deal, whereby the vehicle would be used by a compliance workshop for several months as a sample vehicle. Should immediate compliance be required, allow another $3,850 for normal compliance, plus tyres. Not included is the cost of tyres, Govt. stamp duty and registration (normal licensing costs for any vehicle)." ....but seriously for that price its WAY too expensive...plus if you do import it yourself im 100% sure you can have one complied ($3850) and on road for around $35000....but its good to know there is finally someone who is doing compliance...a bit late for me now thou come on NSW!!!
  19. ok, this is right up my ally...kinda 1. No one is doing the compliance for a V36 SEDAN, lots of coupes out there 2. The reason is that 'there isnt enuf interest in the market'....even thou i told them i would provide the test car but they all refused saying its not worth it. 3. Thus, the only way you can bring one in is through the 12month ownership rule, which i don't think will happen since your not in japan. ...lol ive bugged guys at compliance shops about this till they told me to hang up and not call again!...i was very interested in one because i wanted my parents to get it instead of a new C class...but yeh they went ahead with the C class cuz there is no way....and by the looks of the market and consumer confidence, especially in the imported car market...i don't think we will see one any time soon or later, or even after that....but feel free to bug them a lil more!
  20. man thats bad, even if he does get it cleaned, i bet that image of the poo chaos will always be in his mind...lol i know it would be if it happned to me, from those pictures id never touch the electric switch for the seats!! Popeye> its not his car, but we get you point
  21. ^ lol, shoe polisher haha good stuff.....you wldnt happen to have a before picture?
  22. i agree, (lol i was gonna put a statement in saying that 'its not like not proud my AT' )....but the reason i like it, is that its executed to well compared to the momo shifter and the DIY one...you just cant tell its not factory... But i guess the finish is from how well you can pull the job off...i think yeh shifter design 1 is best....lol but i might still go for the manual look if i get the resources.
  23. maybe make a new thread for more attention.
