    so can someone tell me what these are and where in the subframe they go? are the possibly the internal bushings? i found them here uas i dont want to buy things that i dont need

    so you need bushes and pinapples and alloy bushes ? im looking to do this soon and am getting a little lost? is the whitline kit whiteline bushes that i need or is there some thing else i have to get as well??? do i put alloy ones on top of these?
