from what ive seen harleys must be exempt ? The old man has quite a few biker mates and they just glide by the police at 150Db's and nothing happens..............imagine a bunch of skylines with pods and 3 inch exsausts humming past the cops? id put $$ on the imports getting pulled over while the bikers go and party on

This may be out of line but it has the same fundamentals as 50's America when they were not so nice to african american people.
