Long time no update. Still lurking here though Joined a new gym about 2 weeks ago, did 1rms. 27th Nov: Squat 185, Bench 100, Dead 200 Worked on technique 2nd Dec: Squat 205 3rd Dec: Bench 110 6th Dec: Dead stayed the same, had a shitty day

Have seen that on heaps of cars, I've assumed it was the rubber getting brittle and breaking as it gets older.

Bench isn't a priority for me anyway so I don't really mind. I did a bench session a few months ago and got 90kg paused for two reps. So it's not terrible I guess. My shoulder issue isn't rotator cuff related luckily.

Thanks for the ideas, I'm not really bothered about looks, training for strength. My shoulder is still a bit dodgy and doesn't agree with bench, currently doing full body with standing ohp and dips in it. Might try add some percentage based work like mlr suggested.

Pretty quiet in here lately. How much are you guys overhead pressing? Weight and frequency? What programming are you using to progress it? I feel like I will stall soon
