  1. Got some allready thanks mate
  2. Dont fill from a servo with a tanker unloading fuel as it stirs up crap in the main tanks, or so ive been told by a tanker driver. Off topic but usefull i think.
  3. Im sorry gfunkk if the sound of induction is not to your liking. Ive had a few n/a cars with a open filter and they sounded great. Its just a pity about the heat they suck. TYSON 1990, get some cold air in there mate and a good filter and it will sound and go better (a little bit anyway), you could try a GTS-T CAI or fab up some duct yourself out of some 100mm duct(bunnings ; ), or relocate a pod filter to the front bar (no fun with puddles) or put on a pod but fab or buy a cold air box have a look through justjap.com.au for ideas youll get all the air you need from around the headlight area.
  4. I thought that if your car was rego,d as a 5 seater you could only have 5 in the car, I was going to put a 1/2 cage in my car but was told that i would have to remove the rear seats and have the car reclassed as a 2 seater as they said it was unsafe for the passengers in the rear with the bars there. ??????????????????? Stupid laws.
  5. If you have a pod you need one as the air temp under your hood gets pretty high( hot intake air = bad), if you still have your standard air box you can just get a quality filter and it will still flow fine. - Inlet air temp is jut as important in an n/a application.
  6. Need a blanket to fit a gt35, preferably a Garrett one.( i like the red writing) Also need the Grey dress cover thingy that is in the boot that goes in front of the battery. Will buy but if you see something you want i may swap, I have std plenum, std turb, std ext manifold, std discs f & r, after market IC and piping (slight damage to the base, no leaks though), std sway bars. The car the parts are for and from is S1 33 GTS-T
  7. PM Me, im in sydney liverpool area. Got fronts and rears, will seperate. PS, if your got the rear dress thing that covers the battery area ill swap.

  16. MMMM-CRUMPLE ZONES. Car with crumple zones hits large car, small car crumples. I do alot of driving around Australia and unfortunatly get to see alot of wrecks. Engine and box crumpled into cabin- passenger side door crumpled into drivers side door, ect ect. New cars are good if they hit at lower speeds but i find at anything over 100kph the crumple zones are mute ( car A at 50kph + car B at 50kph = 100kph, try driving head first into a wall at that speed, its roughly the same effect.) Diving thru Far North QLD 2 weeks ago i came across a accident where a magna crossed the center line and hit a landcruiser, landcruiser had 2 adults and 2 children in it and apart from shock ( landcruiser was on its side ) were ok- magna driver and passenger were not so lucky, driver dead, passenger trapped with unknown injuries. We stopped to see if wecould help but the cops and ambo,s had it under control. For the people who think that the large cars shouldnt be on the road, should we ban all trucks, buses and people towing caravans or should we understand that the road is there to share and have some respect for others operating equipment different to ours. If you want big and scarry drive up to Weipa in the Cape and dice with the road trains, after that the local 4x4s wont fell so big. Ill stop now.
  17. Or the idiot that losses it, crosses the road and kills some poor punter.
  18. If they dont hit your car why take the piss out of them, i wanted a 4 x 4 for my missus but she didnt want a car that big, i wanted her to have a big car so if some idiot hits her, she and the kids should be safe. If i had my way i would have them driving around in a tank
  19. OR, buy a old toyota crown, slam it with some rims and you now have a reliable, and cheap cruiser , when your mates say how fast it is you say ,"its a classic cruiser idiot, slow and low". Save your money for the car you really want and get in a couple of years when you know what your after and havent spent your money on shit. 2 cents Damn, im gonna buy one and use it as a daily.
  20. My DBA rotors w/ Ultimate pads are well worth the $$$. Havent had it on the track but thru Nasho to the Gong, at stupid o/clock, brakes stay sweet.
  21. OPTION 1;OGGY KNOBS and a aftermarket fairing for track days or remove it altogether, itll save on some $$ OPTION 2; stop throwing it away I would go with option 1 because no matter how hard i try option 2 doesnt really work for me. LOL
  22. Thanks MARSSS, Louie made it sound easy, now i just have to wait for my car to come out of the mechanics so i can send it to the panel shop. One day i will walk into my garage and find my car in there, LOL.
