I'm keen to hear what you think of the MCA's on the track and the range of adjustabilty. What spring rates did you end up with?

Why don't you data log your brake line pressures then work out the brake torque? Given that you are talking about dropping cubic dollars on a fix, I'd be making an informed decision rather than what the guy at AP said, remember he's selling the product.
+1 to everything that Roy said.

The rings are a file fit for every CP piston I've ever used, so just get a new set for your pistons and adjust them to fit. Piston to bore is going to be a bigger concern if that's the way your rings are.

I agree, you have an RB26 with issues and a damaged ECU both of which are going to cost cubic dollars to fix properly.
Part it out and buy a runner, you'd be surprised how much you'll get for the components.

PM'd re exhaust
-
Looking for a reasonable 3.5 inch exhaust, preferably in Melbourne.
-
Is it genuine Nissan or aftermarket like Permaseal?
-
Mine arrived this morning and looks pretty good, thanks Cameron.
-
Got dyno graph?
Sorry mate, no graph. I could probably find the boost vs rpm data from the Motec if you want to have a look at manifold pressure at a given RPM
-
What options are enabled on the M800? Serial number?
-
The SS15 high flow would work extremely well, Will be suited between 200~230rwkws region:
I can confirm this, I've got one on my tarmac rally car it's fantastic. Topped out at 220kw@20psi but the boost response is fantastic.
-
Great, thanks for the confirmation.

So these are being shipped today?

The NanKangs are seriously cheap too, I've seen 265/35/18 for ~$200 each!
