ok, im switching my quiet, restrictive exhaust with a 3" straight through hopefully less restrictive exhaust doing a straight swap with a mate, during our lunch breaks so can anyone recommend me either a garage or an exhaust mob over cannonhill way (near teh shopping centre) that is skyline friendly both are 4door r33s, so im hoping there will be minimal work required ps anyone running straight through exhausts with small mufflers? im wondering how loud its gonna get?

i would say from the pump as he was installing a new pump for me i could always smell heavy petrol reversing up my driveway, but thought it was due to our lines running so rich never noticed any leaks could never smell petrol when the car was left over nite in the garage

something else to consider for bad economy ive been getting approx 350 ks to a tank when i got my new fuel pump fitted, foudn out that my fuel lines were perishing and that there was a fuel leak! if u got an old car, its worth checking out ive replaced a heap of piping now due its age;

something to do with how the 040 gets mounted in the tank walbros/stockos use a sock the 040s have to sit upright or something, so cant take advantage of the full tank apparently it can be a problem with hard cornering also . . . . i certianly wouldnt want the fuel pump to come up dry, mid booting it through a corner

well, ive been stung with my "quiet" exhaust its a blitz, and it sure is quiet, but its retarding power like crazy im looking to get rid of it if anyone is interested in a quiet exhaust and doesnt care for extra power
