yes none of those things happenned, consumer affairs told me that i can file a complaint, go to court,, blah blah blah.. i wont be doing any of that. i'm not really looking to do anything at all, apart from trying to get the manager to tell me exactly wat happenned. 2.5ks and 80km/h isnt much but that dosent mean i shud be ok with my car being driven around without reason by someone else.

PMs sent as requested ive sent u a PM, unfortunatley i wont be able to post it for every1 to see. feel free to pm if you really want to know yes because they were doing it without any extra charge. i saw no point of taking it to another place. i trusted them coz they did a job for me a couple of years ago and i got a good rate from them. i was also nice enough to refer ppl his way as well prior to the previous incident. but it is because of the 1st incident that i decided to record the odometer/reset rsm. i will post up pics when i get home nope no wheel allignment. just to fix a small dent on the RH fender*edit (coz of them) and to re-align the back coz they didnt do a good job last time. (not like they did a good job this time :S) hand me the keys when ur done i wont take it over 10kmph

yes true, I don't notice anything different. But I don't think any one here would like it if their car was driven without the owners convent. Plus they denied ever taking it out of the workshop. I had an accident a couple of months ago where i got hit by a stupid woman in her camry coz she was on the phone. Took the car to these guys and they didn't align the back properly and they dented the RH fender. They gave a lame excuse saying that it happenned when parking or something. Now I'm starting to think otherwise.

hey guys, i gave my car in on monday for some minor body repairs. before handing over the car i recorded my odometer reading and reset my rsm(for speed only) got the car back today, car has done 2 .6 kms and rsm indicated top speed of 83km/hr. i called these guys up and asked them if they needed to take the car to another location for work. they said no and denied any of the guys there taking the car out. what can i do about this? ***************** If you wish to find out the workshop details, then due to site rules this must be communicated via the private message system.
