  1. It dose but not fitted also has power steer
  2. I couldn't say for sure but i would imagine there would be improvements in both, much the same as a big down draft weber possibly. more air, more fuel, more powers???
  3. Found a possible new toy Price drop to $4200 negotiable
  4. Have had a couple of interested parties but as usual the girls aren't that keen on another "classic" being added to the stable anyhow, this is how it stands at the moment all factory, almost... Hope you all had a great Chrissy and plan to get messy for the new year Cheers, Dan
  5. If I could afford it I'd have an s13 and keep this on historic rego, stored away safe and sound. Gonna kick myself if the price of these things keep going up. I really am torn at the moment but I can't bring myself to drive this thing into the ground so the tough decision had to be made. Cheers, Dan
  6. That was then, this is now. I was never a die hard classic fan, yeah there cool car and something different but the cons far out way the pros for me. To make it into the car I want it to be will probably cost close to 10k then theres still the risk of running it into something hard and bending it, then what? I'd rather go with the masses and get an S13 at least when something brakes there's plenty of parts to fix them. Dosent make sense to me to build a car into something thats already available at a lower cost and with almost endless after market support.
  7. I'll get another Datto, it'll just be wearing a Nissan badge is all. I'm to rough to own a classic better to go to someone who will appreciate it for what it is (and the boost bug is bitting)
  8. car is now for sale, just follow the---> link

  10. I'll see how this on goes for now, but Thankyou, how much are the r180's worth these days?
  11. Yeah, I was thinking 3.5 - 4k maybe. I've just put rear silkroad RM/A8 coilovers from an r32 gtst and a locked r160 (the r180 in it is to good to lock) ready for the skid pan at Easter creek next year. Also found a set of trim's to finish the front end off (cheers mate) Fingers have recovered from the last lot of rims so might give the stock alloys a cleanup too. Thanks mate
  12. Well I'll start by saying "cars not for sale" But my cousin, who gave me the car is moving to Darwin after after Christmas and has requested first refusal if I was to sell. She has asked me a few times how much "I" think its worth but I thought I'd get a professional opinion, so of course, I came here What would you "professionals" value it at. Again its not for sale today. Cheers, Dan
  13. And here I was thinking that my coilover adapters where an engineering masterpiece :,( Wish I had the initiative to do some of these/similar stuff to mine. Can't wait till the next installment.
  14. Yeah no worries mate, can't thank you enough for the help. Cheers Dan
  15. wow, thanks mate that don't look to shabby. might have to look into this moving number plate thing, needs all the help it can get in the go fast department Cheers Dan
  16. These are the best pics I could come up with, could do shitty chops on my old pc but can't work it out on this mac Much appreciated, Dan
  17. Hey thanks mate, I didn't take any photos myself but there's plenty from the day on the other datto forums (ozdat+datnet) you own the black c110 yeah? The real nice one with the rb?
  18. Thanks mate, it's nice to have some photo's that aren't taken off of my phone. The wheels are oz made cheviots and they'll do for know I suppose..... As for the engine there's nothing under there worth showing off just an old fella reminiscing "about the good old days" current engine set up (minus the Holly/charger, standard carb still on there) Thank you too mate, colour is not original but similar. Pretty happy with how it has turned out still needs a lot of work and it dosent help when your mates have got 400+ rwhp Dattos It dose look good all polished up and out in the sun, and thats a "imitation drop tank" just a cover for the shitty looking spare wheel well. It's just a standard issue bumper with shitty chrome and the rubber strip taken off (hence the holes along the front) ps: I'm still chasing the trims off the front of the bonnet/guards if anyone knows of any? can only try cheers Dan
  19. Was an awsome day even tho it felt like it was 35 deg in the shade Would encourage everyone to come along next year, there was only 1 C10, 1 C110 sedan, (looked good and was packin a turbo L6 ) my lonely old C210 and a hand full of various R30's. Here's a couple of mine from this album---> All Datsun Day 2010 Cheers Dan
  20. Yeah 195/65/14 Sorry for filling your thread with random dribble hcgc210. Need to ocupie my mind at work somehow
  21. Oh the pain, side stepped the clutch in 2nd on a quiet roundabout and I think I had oversteer and understeer at the same time, was strange, may have just been the body roll Your probably right about the rubber currently rolling taxi spec tyres, LSD would be good for a wet skid pan. At least you know when the tail dose step out its not going to be a half assed effort.
  22. And how do we fix it? Mine suffers terribly from under steer. I'm keen to get out on the skid pan at eastern creek but need to be able to point it in the general direction I want to go. I think an LSD would help.
