Jim at CRD tuned my car, I found that the car had more torque off boost and less black soot build up on my rear bar compared to the previous road tune. The car started pinging after about a 2 weeks (bad fuel?) and Jim spent about half an hour retuning it - at no cost – and it hasn’t pinged since. I haven’t been to BD4’s

Auto's have 4 speed and different diff ratios to manuals. As such not interchangable. -
If you want the sound and idle quality try running the atmo BOV in series with your stock BOV down the pipes out of sight.

at cold, yes its thicker. But they will be the same viscosity at normal opperating temperatures.

I had this problem with my last car, fixed by taking the tail light off and fixing back with silcone. If you dont like the idea of silicone Reco sell a rubber silicone which is softer and more like to original sealant.

Try pedders 21 point safety check as it includes a drive on shock absorber check for only $14. It sounds like it could be the internal sleeving of the shock being worn and the piston knocking around over bumps. This may not have an effect on their performance but the noise won't go away without having the shock re-sleeved if it can be done on your shocks? Good luck with it

Is the PFC the new version or the old version that didn't come with the H/C? If it is the Old version, Will you separate the Hand Controller? Is anyone interested in buying the PFC without the H/C?

Mods are: 3"exhaust fmic pfc T3/4 turbo injectors Z32 afm currently running 240rwkw Was the VR4 BOV a direct bolt on? and how much do they go for$$? Are there any other factory plumb back alternatives?

Currently my std GTS-t BOV flutters on any more boost than 1 bar. I would like to know if a GTR BOV will flow more air than the Std GTS-t one and if they are a direct bolt on. Cheers

I found that my squeak was coming from worn bushes on the pivot points in the pedal box. Try some WD40 etc and if it still happens you may need to take it appart, grease it up and put it all back. In my case the squeak came from temperature (cold) rather than rain.
