  10. haha cc you might get more power! I did 2 coats of Etch Primer, then about 4 coats of regular Acrylic Black Enamel. Paint is yet to flack under the hottest temps. Although the pipe over the rocker cover does hit my bonnet and has taken some paint off but it doesnt bother me.
  11. PHaT MR30 - I have no idea about the inlet temperatures before and after, the cooler is just doing a damn good job! Thats pretty much spot on Anthony + clamps!! plenty of skillz is definitely needed!
  12. I tried the electrical tape on the coil packs trick with my RB25DET, didnt seem to make any difference. I bought 4 working ones and it fixed my problem. I would see if you can borrow some known good ones and give them a try.
  13. FMIC upped my boost from 7psi (previous dyno figure) to about 10psi... but max figure was produced at 9psi Im not using any boost controllers.
  14. What are you thinking cc hahaha Previous dyno figure from the dyno day was 168rwkw.
  15. woohoo! I still need more mods though cc hahaha next time Anthony... next time
  16. Nah I wanted to keep the factory BOV. The main prob we faced was the bonnet closing. Put it on the dyno today... quite happy with the results from the FMIC.
  17. Material is mild steel, I sprayed the pipes with primer then a few coats of black. Fortunately I didnt have to cut the fan blades but there isnt much room. lol after doing my car Anthony will never do another car again hahaha
  18. I have my invoice right here... totally serious! was a VERY CHEAP intercooler install
