actually, plazmaman now do either a 76mm or 100mm core. u jus have to ask alex.

the thing with a high mount u need custom pipework. u dont need the pipework that costs an extra $500 that will come with an hks cooler kit. a plazmaman/pwr is more what u need. pwr is 81mm btw, and flows sht loads

pwr have a good core and are bolt on. but u just need to change the pipework to 3".

turbo to mani flange yeah ? bolt slides through the turb flange and then screws into the threaded mani flange. then u can screw the nut on the end of that does that not make sense ??

yer i know but kyle is pretty sharp and has reasons for most things. im sure if u ask him he will tell u.

maybe they are threaded so u can also put a nut on and will never come loose.

were u runnin the factory oil temp sensor ?

done !!! was an earth !! earthed from sandwich plate to the strut brace/coilover nut and perfect now. wow very poorly earthed. i suspect that the oil temp sensor was acting as an earth.

dvs there is definately oil pressure its been running for ages and it was all working b4 i pulled everythin down. k ill try a mech gauge. nismoid the old oil sender does not work and neither did the tridon one i brought, so somethin sus is happenin. im gonna try earth the sandwich plate. is there anywhere in particular that the sender should go on the sandwich plate ? there were 3 on there all the same thread.

i have no oil pressure at all and cannot figure out why. i have a brand new stock sender. the stock light/gauge definately work because when u earth them they come on straight away. is there a fuse that could be blown somewhere ? i do not have the oil temp hooked up as i just put an oil sensor adapter plate on, and the thread did not match. could this do it ? and act as a positive or somethin ? farked if i know .....

well its running beautifully now and i think it was the cas. when i took it off to put the cam gears bak to 0, i left the actual cas on the mounting bracket so it didnt move. but when it goes bak on its hard to get the keyway to line up perfect. i think it was sitting out a bit and the keyway not locked into the grooves ... one other thing it could have been was the aftermarket oil pressure sender, it has only one pin for the light. i unplugged it this arv and im going to get a new stock one. oh and the dash was removed to take out the heater core, a/c condensor and fan.

nah everything is brand spankers and i done all the work, but it never did this until i removed the dash the other day. ive also moved the cam gears to where they are now (0 degrees) and was never like this. when i started the car up it almost felt like the accelerator had no effect for a bit. i think im goin to change the cas cos thats the only thing i can think of doin this.

by saying all of a sudden i indeed meant straight after i removed everything im thinking that all of that stuff could have helped earth the car. i know it really needs a tune just waiting on a clutch. one other thing i did b4 going for a drive was alter the cas and cam gears. but ive done this b4 and it had no such affect.

mine has just started doing this all of a sudden, straight after i removed everything from under/behind the dash. REALLY bad. hardly drivable. hasnt been tuned yet but it is very intermittant. power fc d jetro with gt35. im going to do the grounding thing and turn off o2 sensors. cas tps etc is fine.
