Probably the A/C causing most of the drainage, I've had similiar problems with my old GXE Skyline, sucks the battery dry in only a few minutes. I'm purchasing an M35 so I will take note of your warning, especially once I get the TV rigged up to watch the local channels. Maybe a second battery concealed somewhere else as a secondary power source would be an idea?? I know they do it to cars with super sound systems, might be a good backup for situations like this. Let me know what solution you end up going with, I hate when I can't turn the car over cause the battery has used most of it's charge.

I take it there is a large amount of WC34's but a lack of M35's? I can understand why, I was initially after a WC34 but the mob I was dealing with didn't have anything I liked in that range. I started looking at the M35 and decided it was a better choice as everything was newer and it's a more current driveline. It's a nice vehicle it just doesn't have the same lines and appearance. Is your car off the road or are you out of action? lol Pic of mine attached, make sure you come up and say hello if we both make it next week. -

Once I get my M35 which probably won't be till this Friday I will make it to a meet. I'll read up on it, but it sounds pretty good to me! Count me in guys. Stephen 2001 M35 Stagea (pending) -
Thanks for that man, I was hoping there would be an easy fit and not a custom drill job or anything to get them on. I see in the picture your car (I assume it's yours?) has red on the rim? I'm looking at something similar, could be identical but I can't tell from the pic. The Speedy Vapor Redline is only available in 18 x 8 Or the Speedy Cheetah Gloss Black is available in a 19 x 8.5

I have done a search and there are various discussions about wheel dimensions / offset / size etc. but most of the relate to WC34 S I & S II. I'm wondering what is the best fit (i.e. no tyre scrubbing on guards etc.) for a M35 with standard issue brakes. I'm not in the market to fit new tyres to the vehicle yet but wouldn't mind looking around to see what's available as the standard issue 17's look a bit bland I'm hoping on doing heaps of driving in the first year of owning the car, hopefully wear down the current tyres on it so I can fit some newies. Thanks for your help guys. Stephen

Bis-e Bee replied to Paramour's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Since I started reading this thread, I'm seeing more and more Volvo wagons! Some similarities but I'm going to do the right thing and buy myself some Volvo T-Shirts and Polo's for when I'm driving my new Stagea, maybe even a cap. Go Team Volvo!! -
Spotted a Silver WC34 Series II in Blacktown a few weeks back, female driver by the looks of it. I only got a flash of the car but it looked in good nick.

Hey guys, Could someone please provide the Nissan FAST details for: 6U90000NM35302556 I'm in the final stages of purchasing this vehicle and hope to pick the vehicle up sometime next week. As one last checking point I would like the FAST details so I know what was factory fitted etc. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards Stephen

I'm in the Blacktown region and was wondering if anyone with a Stagea has had Servicing or minor Repairs etc. done by Unique Auto Sports at Seven Hills (www.nismo.com.au). Just wondering if anyone can offer an opinion on this workshop and weather or not I should spend my money here. Feedback anyone? If not, does any have work done in the Blacktown region? If so, who do you use?

Greetings all, I joined this website the other day to find out some more information about the Stagea M35 before I went and test drove one that I liked the look of. The information on the forum was informative and helped me make a good decision, get the bloody car!! So I've now got a deposit on a 2001 model in a nice wine red colour, factory bodykit, nizmo cat back exhaust with sound control, twin sunroof etc. etc. Now I just have to get the time and the bank cheque to go in and confirm the purchase and then take the thing for a nice long drive At this point in time it looks like it will be Friday week as this week and early next week I'm tied up trying to get my old 1989 Skyline GXE3.0 through pink slip lol I still love the RB30 tho... So I'll be trying to get along to one of the Stagea meets in the next few weeks so I can eye off everyone's mod's and additives Cheers Stephen P.S. Pending the final purchase my new rego should be BIS-93B Honk me if you see me about

Chris, Just at an approx. are we looking at about $1500 for Sat Nav and $1000 for TV? Regards Stephen
-
Funny you mention that, I want to try and get up to QLD in the next few months... May have to co-ordinate it so Chris can do some work on it whilst I'm up there. Does he come to Sydney now and again? Chris, let me know. Regards Stephen
-
Just a quick question so I have a ball park figure, how much have you guys been roughly paying to have the following mod's done: * Sat Nav updated/replaced for use in Australia * Digital TV updated for use in Australia I won't be getting these done for a few months yet as money is a factor but will be getting them done as soon possible. Regards Stephen Wanless

I looked at the car at All Imports, it's in immaculate condition except for a small dent and scratch in the front of the bonnet and a few scratches and scuff's on the body which will hopefully mostly buff out. I've negotiated a $20 000 deal with 5 Year Parts & Labour Warranty and Roadside Assistance Australia Wide. I have put a deposit on the car and hope to pick it up within a fortnight as I won't have a chance next week. I will get some pics up and come to a meet when I get the opportunity. All in all I'm very impressed with the car and the guy (Sean) that I was dealing with, that have an impressive collection of imported vehicles too. www.allimports.com.au www.allpeoplemover.com.au Regards Stephen
-
I seen it at a few prices, not at Tempe tho. I've test driven the car and had a look, it's in great condition. It's looking like costing me $20 000 with 5 year parts & labour warranty and roadside assist. Not a bad bargain. Car is located at Camperdown. Regards Stephen
-
This is a dealer!!! But it looks immaculate, will have a good peek tomorrow and check it out. As for the meet, most definatly. Do you guys do a different location every time or you have a fav spot? Cheers Stephen

Looks like a workshop can do the driving lights then I've done some looking around on-line and this model with similar KM's is like $22000 +, so am I wrong in thinkiing $19000 is a bargain? I just know it's going to drive awesome, better get my cheque book ready Stephen
-
So I gather that is a thumbs up from you? Good stuff, I will have to get a set of front driving lights!! Anyone got the part number on hand? Stephen
