spotted a V on Saturday night turning left at rootyhill rd north. wasnt sure if it was silver or white.

seriously dude, our friend scathing there has always been helpful to everyone throughout this forum and trust me, you will need his knowledge one day when your V starts to fall apart... It is a rule to use the search button before you create a new thread about this, hence its been covered like 10 times already. Other than that, ProConcept has always been servicing my V.

thanks yo..... lol... no really i needed to hurry that time and get home. but yeh i dont want to think that other V35 driver thinks im a prick... what i did wasnt that bad tho.. lol i just needed to merge instantly..i got beeped on because i decided to squeeze in, i didnt notice the hazard in front of me and made the merging decision late.. (i was to caught up looking at his car on my rear view mirror lol.) i overtook him earlier..to get home a little faster.

yeh i think i might just leave it, it should be okay since the battery is not that old. car will have a car cover while kept in the garage. thanks for the pointers, if ill be gone for more than 4 weeks i will disconnect it next time. so in conclusion, the main point is the battery so nothing got to do with the engine side of things? (im still keeping your word Gold! hehe) anyway thanks again.

thanks guys! appreciate it. my battery is about 2 and half months old... so it should be okay. and yes i will see if it blows up a black smoke once turned on after a month - showing some detoriation =p

ok so im due to go overseas soon and wont be driving my car for atmost a month. should i get someone to turn the car or the engine on once in a while during the time i am gone? or dont need to? whats the main theory behind this anyway? Cheers guys.

^+1 yeh thats one of the major problem for the CVT-8's - gearing issues. very sensitive in a bad way.

yah.. i just think the lines in our cars are to smooth to be broken ("2-tone").. - never the less this is just my own opinion.

Yes, belts in our cars usually start to go after 50k. by 70k its definately a goner. replace it asap, thats a major service for you. =)
