  1. Yeah I'm with Mitch lol, I was thinking of a much larger boat
  2. You were worried it would appreciate pulling THAT? and here I was thinking you got a boat
  3. It's all good, you want to train with your boyfriend. I understand. He is the man in the relationship after all, so you kinda have to do what he says.
  4. I'm at Anytime as well, something around the $55 mark. Emphasis on the ANY TIME and ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD (after 30 days of membership).
  5. Innovation? I like.
  6. lol got it deleted I see. Good. Don't even consider pulling that shit again
  7. Nope. I even tried to skim through your topics to see if you'd made a FS thread. Don't do it ya big knob. Why on earth would you?
  8. What's giving you guys the impression Richard would ever sell that beauty? lol
  9. Yeah I'll be doing that, getting sick of barbell already haha
  10. I've always held the bar just outside of shoulder width, so neither 'wide' nor 'close'. What happens when you're using dumbbells and utilise your triceps more? The dumbbells will spread outward away from each other. This can't happen with the barbell, so it allows you to utilise triceps more than you would be able to with the dumbbells. Not saying it's using them more primarily, just the ability to use them more is available. Regarding where you lower the bar, I've always been shown to lower the bar more towards the lower part of your sternum/solar plexus. Since this will be forward of the point of rotation (shoulders) it activates delts to stop the bar dropping forward, no? I've never seen anyone bench press in line with their shoulders, which is the only real way you could bring delt activation to a minimum....in my mind at least.
  11. Can utilise triceps a lot more with a barbell as your hands are a set distance apart (think about what happens when you use more tricep). Also barbell will usually use more delts since you're lowering the bar more towards your feet without being able to rotate your wrists.
  12. fark good point man, so definitely use the steam cleaner?
  13. new PB with deadlifts - 140kg 2 sets of 3 reps. Grip was failing (alternate grip). Yes my lower back was being monitored to ensure I wasn't letting it arch, doing much better there
  14. That looks like they would be them
  15. I might take you up on that if you don't mind mate, the only other way I've had tint removed involved a razor blade, Orange Power, and lots of time hahaha yeah if you don't have a problem with that just don't ruin it lol
  16. Inspection failed (of course). Points: Remove all non-compliant window tint (the rear quarter windows and rear windscreen are 5%, lol) Rear muffler fouling body (stock muffler I borrowed doesn't sit correctly - hitting underside of car) Boot grommet missing (there's a 5cm or so hole in my boot floor under where the spare wheel should be - gotta get a rubber grommet to cover it) Display all child anchorage points (FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU need to have these installed and then engineered. Le sigh) I'll just peel the windows myself this weekend I suppose, then book it in at Canberra Motor Works to have the child restraints fitted and engineered in one hit. Grommet can be found at clark rubber lol....dunno what to do about the muffler fouling though, it really shouldn't be since there's nothing that can be 'adjusted' in the whole exhaust system...anyone got a rego catback I can trial fit/borrow to see if it fits any better?
  17. Inspection at Dickson this arvo...let's hope they don't f**k me too hard lol
  18. 92.581kg and not a gram before. lol at this rate I won't need to 'cut'. Also on a related note, unsure how I feel about doing legs session at 6am....my gawd.
  19. cuts deep bro. But not deep enough to penetrate my layers of lard. Boom.
  20. Whatever dude, stop making excuses for being fat.
