  2. Well yeah definitely reset the weight back to a point you can manage sets of 15 imo....at least until someone gives some better advice
  3. ah, hmm. Maybe a weight reset with increased reps is on the cards? Perhaps drop it back to 80kg or something, and aim for 50% more reps than usual, and work up from there. I mean this should be guaranteed to work, just maybe not the most efficient or optimal method (since really I haven't a clue haha)
  4. Trenbolone. But no seriously (I didn't read anything earlier), just eat more. Chuck in an extra meal. Have another coffee or something just before your workout. EAT EVERYTHING. Maybe just have a binge day or something lol
  5. lol yeah pretty much this. However BN's "Cognitone" with some beta alanine chucked in does a pretty damn good job for me personally. The cognitone itself is fairly low on physical stimulants, seems to be aimed more towards mental focus with a little bit of caffeine (200mg I think). With the BA in the mix I reckon it's a good balance.

Sounds like your friend is either exceptionally weak when it comes to dealing with feeling like shit, or she has an underlying issue....or by "just started" you mean has been on it for a week or more I've gone ~40 hours without food when I got my tongue pierced, and didn't have any issues with training even towards the end of the fasted period. Sure I was hungry and felt flat, but I didn't even come close to turning to jelly let alone passing out.

  19. I think it's more that some gyms (all of which would be commercial gyms) would get up you for leaving a mess lol...I know the chick at my gym was like "don't make too much mess or the cleaners might whine haha"...she cool though.
